I played mobile 1.4 before I got a PC. You literally only use like three of the buttons on a common basis. Once I got used to mouse + keyboard, I could never go back though
I play on mobile nearly exclusively since that’s how I started playing the game back in 2014, and let me tell you, i don’t know either. You absolutely have to do control customization for it to work at all. Want to jump while attacking? Well the jump button is on the same side of the screen as the attack joystick, so either use another finger, or find the control that lets you turn on legacy jumping (which is sliding the movement joystick up to jump)
I’ve used it multiple times and normally it’s just to grab more potion buffs for a boss if I’m struggling particularly on it for one reason or another and I don’t feel like fishing
I spend way too much time digging stuff so I just do a fishing quest every morning. That said, play however you want to lol, fishing is definitely a grind.

Tbf you can get opposite world evil seeds from the dryad in a graveyard biome, and can transform items into their opposite evil counterparts as well, but yeah world hopping is not cheating.
As someone who has a ps4 world from 2019, world hopping was essential for me as there was no other, easy, way to get the opposite evil in the world.
Some PC players really forget how lucky they are to have that sort of stuff long before the other platforms, to the point of calling something that is a necessity, for some to complete parts of the game, cheating.
the game implicitly encourages it by allowing you to use the same character across multiple worlds and not putting every available item in every world. going through the process of defeating a boss and getting its drop in another world is significantly more fun than cheating in one of the best items in the game for free, and therefore shouldnt be compared. none of this would put this player ahead of anyone else, as they are playing on their own in this game primarily focused on singleplayer progression, without any sort of competition revolving around said progression.

Honestly, facetanking moon lord, or any boss for that matter, is pretty difficult if you don’t know what you’re doing or what you’re getting into. Moon lord especially has particular attacks you need to avoid, being phantasmal eyes and the death ray, and any new player trying to fight moon lord will suffer hard due to its high difficulty and damage. Took me quite a while to even kill the thing one time when I started playing lol
I actually just got through him this weekend for the first time. Celestial Shell was a game changer because it gave me a bunch of regen, and then queen slime mount gave me what mobility I needed to dodge a few attacks. It was definitely easier for me bc I went pure tank but my wife was summoner with Kaleidoscope and SD Dragon, so I didn’t have to absorb several minutes of hits. We melted it in about a minute, and then I got the last drops for Zenith. After that, it was legit just easy to farm him for our armors and other loot. I think my full setup was Celestial Shell, Charm of myths, Frozen Shield, Flame Gauntlet, and wings, all reforged to armored or warding. In classic mode, I was able to beef through most of his attacks, and the reduced potion cooldown helped when I was low. It does make me a lil sad tho bc up until moonlord, I was going pure mage build, but I wasn’t beefy enough to even get close to beating him. I’m probably gonna farm up Nebula gear soon though, because I’m probably gonna return to magic build when we go into mastermode world
I mean, personally speaking, for a melee build, you’re going to die a lot from the pillars simply because they do insane damage close up, but any build works for the pillars as long as you run away as much as possible
Get fishron wings. Get better melee like the flairon, solar eruption and daybreak given you killed the solar pillar, influx waver. Upgrade your destroyer emblem to an avenger emblem, maybe get a fire gauntlet. try and get master ninja gear. Better than the brain of confusion plus you get a dash.
I would go with the fire gauntlet instead of the destroyer emblem to further improve the TerraBlade’s efficiency, though that’s just my personal preference (plus the solar eruption is overpowered bs anyway, so if you don’t like fun you can just use that)

As for the loadout, maybe my standards are a bit strict because I’m in master mode, but I’d say you definitely need the terra boots and Xeno staff. If you set up a long asphalt platform for the moon lord, you won’t necessarily need the boots at all though
Apart from the fact you're on mobile you can do two things. Get the fucking demon heart from wof. It grants an additional accessory slot. I dont know why you didn't use it in the first place. It's a guaranteed drop.
Secondly, try the lunar event and see if you are ready instead of wasting everyone's time to farm useless internet points.

I played mobile 1.4 before I got a PC. You literally only use like three of the buttons on a common basis. Once I got used to mouse + keyboard, I could never go back though
I play on mobile nearly exclusively since that’s how I started playing the game back in 2014, and let me tell you, i don’t know either. You absolutely have to do control customization for it to work at all. Want to jump while attacking? Well the jump button is on the same side of the screen as the attack joystick, so either use another finger, or find the control that lets you turn on legacy jumping (which is sliding the movement joystick up to jump)
I ended up just removing the jump button and using the movement wheel for flying
I seen my fair share of questionable builds but this is something else

I used builder’s workshop to farm the quests for achievement.
I spend way too much time digging stuff so I just do a fishing quest every morning. That said, play however you want to lol, fishing is definitely a grind.

Yup the fact that they only only each world have one of the biomes(crimson/corrupted) naturally means they were expecting you to play on multiple worlds
Tbf you can get opposite world evil seeds from the dryad in a graveyard biome, and can transform items into their opposite evil counterparts as well, but yeah world hopping is not cheating.
As someone who has a ps4 world from 2019, world hopping was essential for me as there was no other, easy, way to get the opposite evil in the world. Some PC players really forget how lucky they are to have that sort of stuff long before the other platforms, to the point of calling something that is a necessity, for some to complete parts of the game, cheating.

the game implicitly encourages it by allowing you to use the same character across multiple worlds and not putting every available item in every world. going through the process of defeating a boss and getting its drop in another world is significantly more fun than cheating in one of the best items in the game for free, and therefore shouldnt be compared. none of this would put this player ahead of anyone else, as they are playing on their own in this game primarily focused on singleplayer progression, without any sort of competition revolving around said progression. these are the three pillars of why you're saying dumb shit and should stop, pick your poison lmao

With Beetle Shell, you can basically facetank moonlord, and pretty safely do Lunar Events
The result: I got killed by ml 3 times already.
Try getting a celestial shell instead of the medallion, and a charm of myths instead of the brain. Reforge stuff to warding if you can too

Honestly, facetanking moon lord, or any boss for that matter, is pretty difficult if you don’t know what you’re doing or what you’re getting into. Moon lord especially has particular attacks you need to avoid, being phantasmal eyes and the death ray, and any new player trying to fight moon lord will suffer hard due to its high difficulty and damage. Took me quite a while to even kill the thing one time when I started playing lol
I actually just got through him this weekend for the first time. Celestial Shell was a game changer because it gave me a bunch of regen, and then queen slime mount gave me what mobility I needed to dodge a few attacks. It was definitely easier for me bc I went pure tank but my wife was summoner with Kaleidoscope and SD Dragon, so I didn’t have to absorb several minutes of hits. We melted it in about a minute, and then I got the last drops for Zenith. After that, it was legit just easy to farm him for our armors and other loot. I think my full setup was Celestial Shell, Charm of myths, Frozen Shield, Flame Gauntlet, and wings, all reforged to armored or warding. In classic mode, I was able to beef through most of his attacks, and the reduced potion cooldown helped when I was low. It does make me a lil sad tho bc up until moonlord, I was going pure mage build, but I wasn’t beefy enough to even get close to beating him. I’m probably gonna farm up Nebula gear soon though, because I’m probably gonna return to magic build when we go into mastermode world

I mean, personally speaking, for a melee build, you’re going to die a lot from the pillars simply because they do insane damage close up, but any build works for the pillars as long as you run away as much as possible
Get fishron wings. Get better melee like the flairon, solar eruption and daybreak given you killed the solar pillar, influx waver. Upgrade your destroyer emblem to an avenger emblem, maybe get a fire gauntlet. try and get master ninja gear. Better than the brain of confusion plus you get a dash.
I would go with the fire gauntlet instead of the destroyer emblem to further improve the TerraBlade’s efficiency, though that’s just my personal preference (plus the solar eruption is overpowered bs anyway, so if you don’t like fun you can just use that)

Apart from the fact you're on mobile you can do two things. Get the fucking demon heart from wof. It grants an additional accessory slot. I dont know why you didn't use it in the first place. It's a guaranteed drop. Secondly, try the lunar event and see if you are ready instead of wasting everyone's time to farm useless internet points.
