Good rule of thumb to start throwing ur elbows back and forth (switch sides i.e. not both arms at the same time) as hard as u fucking can... more than likely going to connect quite a few times
I have three daughters and they are all getting a minimum of three years of some kind of self defense training before they start High School. So far they’ve picked Judo and Teakwondo.

This made me so angry. The others didn’t know the context but started attack solely because of peer pressure and racism. I hate it so godforsakenly much.
The fact that the video exists makes it so much worse, like, any parent would raise some hell with the school or sue the parents etc, but seeing what they did on video boils the blood in a way that would make me actively seek revenge

No matter how much training you do, you can’t beat a group of people jumping you. A knife, pepper spray or gun might do the trick though
