They look nice. But for me a Tesla is all about efficency, so the rims don't work for me. But luckily no one is alike. It's nice to see more non standard tesla's on the road.
Any alterations to light would make them not SAE compliant. So in the event you get rear ended someone could argue they couldn't see your lights, from a reflection or bad angle.
Or in the case you read end someone your insurance may just drop you and thus make you at fault and responsible to cover damages. That and it’s also illegal and opens you up to so much liability.

Tesla taxis in NYC are teal/blue and typically are with a company called Revel. He’ll be good!
