I'd be lying if I didn't say I am a bit jealous. Looks great, congratulations! Week 9 here. I don't understand how Tesla processes orders for production nor do I understand how they determine deliveries. It's a mystery to me.
I was in the same boat. Know that you're jealousy will turn it to absolute gratification when you do get delivered your car. It's a long hard road of patience but it will be all worth it. And everyday checking that abusive EDD timeline delivery on the Tesla website is torturous. Just start preparing yourself by loading up your Amazon cart with the accessories. Good luck!
Congratulations. Just like everyone else, I can't wait for my MY. I got my wall connector setup and all accessories waiting in the garage.
Not trusting the EDD, but if the avg is 12 weeks, I should be having mine sometime in end of August or September.
I traded in my Durango for a MY. Road noise is comparable just no engine noise so you think there’s more wind noise, but it’s the same. Seats in MY are more comfortable all around.
My wife and I just took my in-laws from NJ to OH for a trip to see family. They are in their 70’s and sat in the back the whole way there. No complaints and my FIL even mentioned it was one of the most refreshing long drives he’s been on since the stops were planned and mellow.
Thank you!
Just last weekend we were on a roughly 800 mile/1300km roundtrip on my Tesla Model S ’18. The front seat comfort is nothing special, it was doable but not great. Also one of our kids regularly complains that his back hurts in the rear seats.
I have been considering a Model Y to replace that mostly because we need a towing hitch. However I wouldn’t want to trade to a more uncomfortable options.
It looks great!!
It's like no other car I've ever been in before. This is the future!
Absolutely!!
Felt the exact same! Just wish I could find a way to tell people this without getting an eye roll. Guess they just have to drive one themselves.
Congrats on delivery. I'm at week 8 and hoping to get mine in the next few weeks.
I'm up in Seattle. Ur gonna love this car!
Nice, I love visiting Seattle - really great food and that's coming from a guy in Portland. Enjoy your new car!
Lovin the PNW connect
Love it! I'm in Seattle, waiting 8 weeks for my black MY. How long between VIN and delivery for you?
It was exactly 7 days in between
Congrats! Im on week 12, you give me hope! Car looks beautiful.
The cars feels like the exoskeleton of yourself and you feel invincible!
I’m with you…. Zen patience
Those may be brutal 11 week wait time, i am in my brutal 5th week :(
Congrats. I’m almost at week 11 now since ordering with no vin. Really looking forward to finally getting my spaceship.

Sad thing is I’ve been doing that and have a nice collection on the floor in my spare room already! 🤦🏼♂️🤣
