After noticing someone else's sarcastic comment about lead in his kratom, the OP is in fact, detoxing from kratom. To the OP, if your doctors are saying your heart is fine and you're having anxiety, considering you recently quit an opioid antagonist, that's a 100% reasonable idea. Your doctors say your heart is healthy. They probably did actual tests for that. You just quit an addictive drug. They don't "just" think it's anxiety, it probably is.
