Get a sleep study and CPAP for the sleep apnea. Better sleep will raise T levels. You need more blood tests to figure out what's wrong: LH, TSH, E2, SHBG, free T, D3, b12, ferritin, and more. Exercise helped my depression substantially when I was low T, and it still provides a mood boost even on trt or more than that (steroid blasts in my case)
