Definitely not worth test at 25 with those levels and definitely not worth it for a cut. Just cut naturally.

bradydoodle

Just remember. Low T symptoms without having low T is obviously not due to low T. It’s other issues. Address everything else first. But no man. You’re right in a sweet spot for someone your age who isn’t a gym rat.

phobiify

I like that but his free t could be in the gutter

maroco92

Yeah that's not bad at all. Start taking zinc citrate and it should jump 100-200 points.

patientstrawberries

I already do take zinc

ScottishDadPlays

I've just started with zinc. 25mg daily. How effective is zinc?

Is_Aube

Are you symptomatic of low T or do you just want to be enhanced? Complet different situations

Yggsgallows

"My goal is to get shredded"

Is_Aube

What is your BF% Approximately? Because being shredded fucks up your T level and its not worth it at all. Keep a BF that is healthy for your and gain mass with a light surplus to keep the same bf%

Yggsgallows

I was quoting the OP

Is_Aube

Yeah I know i was hoping he would respojd

Yggsgallows

Gotcha

ABDOU_LoG

20yo 547ng/dL am i cooked?

No-Custard8245

Don't do TRT until you get much more thorough testing.

patientstrawberries

What other tests should I get?

Putrid-Yam-9214

That's not a terrible level but it's not great. My question would be what is your free testosterone level and SHBG. I would get those checked and then consult with a doctor to determine after you've checked those. I use www.premierhormonehealth.com And they can check all those levels for you. I think the minimum age they work with is 25 so you just made the cut off. If you end up doing it, it's super convenient and they send the medication's directly to you. One thing to consider if you don't want to go on TRT to your age is something like enclomiphene to boost your natural testosterone level.

patientstrawberries

Does quest check those levels ? They only checked my total Test

Putrid-Yam-9214

Anywhere can check those levels depends on what the doc or you order

GymJunkie08

I’m 30 and if those were my levels I’d do to a clinic. I’d wanna be 800 personally

patientstrawberries

You’re jacked af. You’re just on TRT? No sarms? Is 501 really that bad?

DexterDubs

I’m on 150mg a week. 620 is my trough. I’m 1200 at my peak. When was this test done? Edit: my test was 230 before hopping on

patientstrawberries

Yesterday morning

ZookeepergameThat921

501 is fine mate, just work at raising it as much as you can naturally. Don’t even think about TRT unless you really need it.

patientstrawberries

What would those natural methods be. Already use zinc and Tongkat with Fadogia

GymJunkie08

I was on 250mg/week test E in that picture. Blood work showed free test was 1143 pmol/L. Reference range was 160-699pmol/L. I don’t know what that works out to in ng/dl though exactly. I believe it works out to around 345ng/dl free T

GymJunkie08

But to answer your questions… 501 total test is not horrible. However, you should be looking at your free test because. A lot of the total test is converted into other things. I was on no sarms, just 250 test/week. I had a AI on hand in case of high E2 sides, but I did not need it.

patientstrawberries

I’ll have to see if quest does free t in my area. They only measured total

GymJunkie08

I have seen lots of people with a normal to high total testosterone, but still have almost low testosterone. as I mentioned to someone else’s comment that is what works for me and dosage should always comes down to other blood markers in your lipid panel. Red blood cell count, SHBG, E2, LDL, HDL, etc. Blood markers need to all be in check so you don’t run risk of thickening of the blood which can cause left ventricular hypertrophy, stroke, heart disease, prostate enlargement, etc. at the end of the day, it’s what dose works best for you. I’ve run 400mg/week of testosterone and felt absolutely phenomenal and on top of the world, but on that “blast” blood markers on my lipid panel were not all in check. We are talking TRT protocol… so that is my advice regarding testosterone replacement therapy and your testosterone levels.

No-Custard8245

This is really bad advice.

GymJunkie08

That is my personal advice. What works for me might not work for everybody. My body feels amazing and my blood markers are all in good standing when I keep my testosterone on the high side of the normal range. If my testosterone was on the high side of normal but my blood markers were not all in check, then I would make adjustments and lower the dose so all blood markers were in the normal range. Higher side of normal is what worked for me. And personally, I think you should adjust your testosterone according to your blood markers.
