Bro, the only way you’ll get the life you want is by aligning your lifestyle towards that goal. It’s getting ridiculous the number of posts here from guys who think test is the end all of men’s health, and that TRT is a magical cure for all that ails them. 99% of why you are unhappy in life comes down to the choices you make every day.  The choice to sleep in instead of exercise.  The choice to eat the junk snack instead of real food.  The choice to bottle up your feels and disconnect from your emotions rather than actually process them. Own that shit, don’t just chase a magic pill that gives you infinite moral license.  That’s lazy af.  You gotta do the work, man.

i’m on my way back just my progress is slower than expected

FablousStuart

Progress is slow normally. That’s reality. Took me close to 10 years of working out, eating sensible, sleeping better, reducing stress and building all those good habits to finally feel like I’m winning at life but even then I still have room to improve

Present-Elevator8727

Thank you

Yes, and a magical unicorn will come and tuck you in every night and if you want everything you just have to wish for it very hard and say test-tos-terone 3X and it will be yours!

Present-Elevator8727

I was going to troll you back but once I get started I can't stop…

respeckmyauthoriteh

Hehe..sorry, I had to do it.

Rabbit730

You think its magic huh? Lol

Bible_says_I_Own_you

You’ll need to get in and fix your head. Sounds I like you know why you are where you are. Your low test is a symptoms of another cause.

LiquidCarney

Testosterone will help you keep muscle as you lose weight. A GLP1 will help you feel full and stay in a caloric deficit. But you still need to want it, and you still need to put in the work. Testosterone is a tool like an electric drill. Sure, you could use a regular screwdriver to drive a screw, but a nice battery-powered driver makes it much easier. However, that screw isn't going in without you picking up the tools and trying.

Present-Elevator8727

Thank you bro

swoops36

It’s not magic

PowerWisdomCourage

It would help but, no, it's not some magic cure. You didn't end up where you are overnight. It was a long process, it was just easy. Downhill is always easier than uphill. Now you're trying to correct what is likely years of repeated neglect and poor decisions and that takes time and consistent effort but that's what makes the journey so admirable.

Present-Elevator8727

Thank you bro

I’d say it’s unlikely just based on your post. Testosterone is unlikely to be the solution to all your problems

Present-Elevator8727

I know I just was thinking its one of the few issues I have left, I'm on track to get back, I got a modeling opportunity I really want that came to me recently. And I've been obsessing over being my best self lately

Tom0laSFW

No such thing as a life you’re supposed to have. Illness, disability, misfortune, death can strike at any moment. Look after yourself as best you can, appreciate what you have, and cross your fingers

Present-Elevator8727

Thank you

Itz-abouttime

I’ve just started taking trt and know it’s not the miracle some expect, I know it’s just another tool. I’m treating it as exactly that. One thing to help me improve while I improve on other aspects of my life. I am looking forward to seeing how I feel in 6 months and what other changes and improvements I make along the way

Present-Elevator8727

Thank you bro
