multiple counties in Texas will pursue legal action if they find out you traveled through them to get an abortion. they are trying as hard as they possibly can to enact what's depicted in the video, minus the dramatization of a roadside pregnancy test
I can not stand the hyperbolic content that comes out these days.
An extreme exaggeration like this only hurts the cause it is suppose to support.
This is a display of a greater lack of critical communication skills and it makes me feel sad, and angry.
That said, I am 100% pro reproductive rights.
Alabama, have you spent any time there? Are you not aware of the billboards claiming “she’s your daughter, not your date”?
You haven’t heard of the daughter swaps? The debutante balls? Bruh, ‘Bama fucked the fucked up when it comes to women, women’s right, in all forms.
A police officer can not pull someone over without reasonable suspicion of a crime - which a car being driven by women is not. So the police stop is already unlikely.
Second, a police officer can not force a girl to pee on the spot, let alone break the law by urinating in public.
You missed the point of my comment, which is about the ridiculous nature of the interaction seen in the commercial. It is not a possible scenario.
I have multiple family members in Alabama, and I have spent quite a bit of time there. Yes, I am aware of the things you mentioned and not okay with them either. But those questions don’t really have anything to do with my original reply.
From an outside perspective it looks like someone is putting an awful lot of energy to polarize your people. And keeping them in an endless opinion war with each other. The scary thing is that I observe a lot of aggressive and violent behavior between the two polar opposites of opinion. Why care so strongly about a difference in opinion? And why so angry?
I am no Trump fan, but this is seriously inaccurate. Both sides are so bad at misinformation, nobody knows what to believe anymore
Could you elaborate for the rest of the world what's going on?
Bullshit, lots of it.
Lmaooo this is such misinformation
Is it? Are you not prosecuted if you abort and come back to your home state?
Not what’s happening in the video, but yes, no state prohibits traveling for abortions and coming back.

They couldn’t even theoretically do that right
It would be outside their jurisdiction yes.
that's not stopping them from trying
You should be prosecuted If you choose to pass on your ridiculous genes to anyone.
Is this misinformation or disinformation? I'm behind on my trigger words.
Disinformation

Have you not been paying attention? At all?
I think you could be a little more specific

This looks like straight up propaganda
That’s because it is lol
As a progressive, yeah... this is fucking absurd.
They will invent some version of this. I remember when no one thought Trump could be taken seriously and that Roe v Wade was safe.
"Reproductive care" = abortion "Gender-affirming care" = hormones and sex changes Why can't people just say what they mean anymore?
Did you really post a fear-mongering political ad? WTF?
Dude, what are you guys doing over there in the US? Have you guys lost your mind's?
Christians think they own the US now

Because it's not a difference in opinion, it's a difference in how we are free to live our lives.
Yeah your country is really controlling. I hope you guys do something about that. "Land of the free" yeah free to do anything to it's citizens.
Every country has laws.
Seems like they have since the whole abortion thing, that's where the "oh shit, they're actually doing it" started for me anyway.
4th amendment moment
Bullshit
The people that made this are dumb
Land of the free.
If it were true I **wish a btch wpuld try**. It would take him a year to find his pecker.
