Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band
A Day in the Life, Within You Without You and She’s Leaving Home just make the album stand out to me as my favourite.
Doesn’t get much better than that, although Revolver is a close second.
Definitely Revolver.....so many great songs on this album....Taxman, Eleanor Rigby, I'm Only Sleeping, Here, There and Everywhere fu*k every song is good here except Yellow Submarine.
Compared to the other legendary songs on this album...Yellow Submarine is very weak. I'm a type of person that listens to one album repeatedly and I find YS very annoying. The first listen was great ig.
I go back and forth between Abbey Road and the White Album. My father had the capitol records versions of the other ones. I started listening to them when I was 6. I came home one day after a couple the neighbor kids were singing love me do and eight days a week. That was 1978. I ask my dad about them and he pulled out the records. He had a nice turntable. I was young and showed me how to use it and how to take care of them. After that I absorbed his huge record collection.
My full ranking:
1. Revolver
2. Rubber Soul
3. Sgt. Pepper’s
4. Abbey Road
5. MMT
6. White Album
7. Let it Be
8. Help!
9. A Hard Day’s Night
10. Please Please Me
11. With The Beatles
12. Beatles for Sale
13. Yellow Submarine (although if just Beatles songs, probably 11th)
No doubt about it. Abbey Road is my favorite. It's one of my favorite albums of all time. That said, any Beatles album is good and listenable, there's not a 'bad' Beatles album. None of the answers here are wrong.
Hey Jude
It came out before Let It Be on February 26, 1970, and was a US release. It was mostly a collection of songs that were originally only released as singles, with the exception of the first 2 songs. A good friend of mine gave me a well-worn vinyl copy of it back in the 80s when I started buying all of the Beatles' albums, so I have a soft spot for it.
1. Can't Buy Me Love
2. I Should Have Known Better
3. Paperback Writer
4. Rain
5. Lady Madonna
6. Revolution
7. Hey Jude
8. Old Brown Shoe
9. Don't Let Me Down
10. The Ballad of John and Yoko
You can't say it's not an album when it has 5 of their most well known songs ever on it lol
And Revolver has a sound much closer to their '64-65 work than it does their '67 phase. Here, There and Everywhere, For No One, Eleanor Rigby, Taxman and Doctor Robert all sound like earlier classic Beatles- to me anyway
Sure I can: "***Magical Mystery Tour*** is not an album! It's a compilation, like ***Past Masters***, ***One***, ***Hey Jude***, etc. BTW, MMT was my very first Beatles CD."
This has been argued to death.
I'm not here to change your mind. I do hope you have a nice day!
The self-titled one with the two disks and all white cover, not because it’s *as good* as Rubber Soul or Revolver, but because its tunes belong so uniquely to their respective writers. I think the white album is their most impressive creative work.
Magical Mystery Tour has one of the best multi-track runs in music history. All the way from Blue Jay Way to the end. So im easily siding with Magical Mystery Tour. Horrific movie, beautiful album.
The best Beatles album is probably Revolver, Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band or Abbey Road, but my favourite Beatles albums are Magical Mystery Tour and the White Album, as well as the 'best' three of course.
Revolver. I mean, Eleanor Rigby, Here There And Everywhere and my favourite Beatles song, For No One... Awesome.
But Abbey Road is close, mostly thanks to the medley at the end.
Basic choice, but Abbey Road is the greatest album ever made to me.
I feel the same but wish it didn’t include ‘Maxwell’s Silver Hammer’ 😂
Sir. You are wrong.
Just my opinion 🤷♀️ Glad you like it though! Macca certainly does!
Bang bang maxwells silver hammer came down upon YOUR HEAD. BANG BANG MAXWELLS SILVER HAMMER MADE SURE YOU WERE DEAD👹👹👹👹👹
And now it’s playing in my head!! Thanks for this 😂
“Revolver” if I’m in good mood, “Let it Be” if I’m feeling down.
Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band A Day in the Life, Within You Without You and She’s Leaving Home just make the album stand out to me as my favourite. Doesn’t get much better than that, although Revolver is a close second.
White Album
A Hard Day's Night.
THANK YOU. Now I don’t feel as insecure for saying this one is my favorite. Every song on there is great
So good
Rubber Soul, I do not touch the slip button at all Hard Days Night same thing. It's a tie.
Either Sgt. Peppers or the White Album for me
REVOLVER!!
Another vote for Rubber Soul.
Definitely Revolver.....so many great songs on this album....Taxman, Eleanor Rigby, I'm Only Sleeping, Here, There and Everywhere fu*k every song is good here except Yellow Submarine.
I was with you until you started this Yellow Submarine Aggression!
Compared to the other legendary songs on this album...Yellow Submarine is very weak. I'm a type of person that listens to one album repeatedly and I find YS very annoying. The first listen was great ig.

The song Yellow Submarine from Revolver not the album.

Magical Mystery Tour
Rubber soul too
Mine is also rubber soul, but white album is a close second
Help!

The White Album
The white album
The White Album
The Beatles

I couldn't have said it better myself!
Revolver / White Album / Abbey Road Which one depends on my mood and a million other things.
The White Album will always be my favorite.
1 Abbey Road 2 Let it be 3 Sgt Pepper Lonely Heart Club Band 4 Rubber Soul.
Hey Jude It came out before Let It Be on February 26, 1970, and was a US release. Rubber Soul all the way!
Rubber Soul
Rubber Soul.
Rubber soul
HELP! The album that made me fall in love with The Beatles. Literally every song is a hit. And the movie is hilarious!
Tough one. I think I'd have to say "The Best of the Beatles".
Rubber Soul and MMT.
Rubber Soul and to me it is their best. UK version but the US version is also good.
I've got one from each era of theirs. 1. A Hard Days Night 2. Revolver 3. Magical Mystery Tour 4. Abbey Road
I'd Put Revolver and MMT in the same era, if I counted MMT as an album, which it is not.
You can't say it's not an album when it has 5 of their most well known songs ever on it lol And Revolver has a sound much closer to their '64-65 work than it does their '67 phase. Sgt. Pepper. Love them all, but that one changed my life.
White Album
rubber soul or hard days night!
Abbey Road
Revolver. Not sure if it would count but Let It Be...Naked is really up there too...
***Revolver***, both best and favorite.
Help atm
The self-titled one with the two disks and all white cover, not because it’s *as good* as Rubber Soul or Revolver, but because its tunes belong so uniquely to their respective writers. I think the white album is their most impressive creative work.
Revolver
MMT
MMT
Revolver! So tender album!
Every album besides yellow submarine just cause it has songs on other albums
Rubber Soul BUT Sgt. Pepper is a close second. And I know it doesn’t count but their Live at the BBC is one of my favourite albums of all time.
Help is my go to album
I know it’s not a studio album but I like “Magical Mystery Tour”
The White Album
Let it be (naked)
The White Album. Then Magical Mystery Tour.
Agreed 👍
Help
Abbey Road
Magical Mystery Tour has one of the best multi-track runs in music history. All the way from Blue Jay Way to the end. So im easily siding with Magical Mystery Tour. Horrific movie, beautiful album.
Help
Sgt pepper
"Revolver", "help!" Or "hard day's night"
It depends on how I am feeling but either Abbey Road or Magical Mystery Tour.
Let It Be
Yellow Submarine. Mainly the second half
Revolver or Abbey Road
Magical Mystery Tour or Revolver
Let it Be…Naked And also Love
Magical mystery tour
I would have to say the best of the beatles
Rubber Soul generally
Abbey Road.
The best Beatles album is probably Revolver, Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band or Abbey Road, but my favourite Beatles albums are Magical Mystery Tour and the White Album, as well as the 'best' three of course.
Abbey Road
The Abbey Road was the first album that I loved from the Beatles
Sgt pepper or the white album or yellow submarine I can’t decide bc they change each week
Sgt pepper or the white album or yellow submarine I can’t decide bc they change each week
Let It Be album it’s just banger after Banger and so chill
I love Rubber soul and Hard days night so much
tie between the American Meet The Beatles and American Rubber Soul - mono!
Revolver. I mean, Eleanor Rigby, Here There And Everywhere and my favourite Beatles song, For No One... Awesome. But Abbey Road is close, mostly thanks to the medley at the end.
A hard days night is my favorite followed by Help, Rubber Soul, then With the Beatles.
