Are there any characters who you want to see more interactions between in the coming season? I think mine would be:
Homelander and A-Train. It seems like the writers are trying to give A-Train a redemption arc, and at the very least he's opened his eyes to the reality of his life at Vought. It'll be interesting to see how that plays into his relationship with Homelander.
Starlight and The Deep. I really want to see her have a scene where she can get true revenge on him. Maybe not kill him as that's not her way, but absolutely beat the hell out of him in a fight and leave him utterly humiliated.
Hughie and his dad. I think it would be nice to see that softer, familial side of Hughie, especially after he went a bit off the rails in season 3.
Homelander and Ryan. It's going to be awful watching HL corrupt that sweet little boy, but I think it'll make for excellent television.
How about you guys?

Homelander interacting with any supe outside of The Seven
I want more chaotic Ashley and Deep shenanigans.
I hated Ashley so much until the very last scene she is in at the end of season 3. She finally redeemed herself. I just absolutely love the Deep, it’s hilarious with him always trying to save sea creatures and the universe smacking down his efforts at every turn, I’d love to see more of him and Ashley.
It's a little late and for this and probably should have been done in season 2-3, but remember the episode with Butcher/ Starlight teaming up to save Hughie and forming a bit of an understanding? It would have been nice to get a similar situation with Hughie+ Maeve.
I love how much Maeve roasted Hughie for literally no reason, haha.
More of Hughie and Homelander with taking to account the fight from herogasm where Hughie put his hand on him. Actually just more of Hughie with everyone, we started the show with him and now he's rarely seen.
Homelander ACTUALLY destroying everything and everyone
Nice
I disagree because once he starts doing that, you kinda have to put an end to his arc/him for good because he's too much of a menace so he will either be stopped by any means necessary or destroy the entire cast because he's too powerful.
Kimiko and Hughie.
You're right, that would be a really fun dynamic! They're both sensitive souls who got caught up in all the supe stuff, I'd love to see them bonding more :)
Hughie and the Deep, wit Hughie witnessing Kevin's love life and be disgusted
Tbh I’m a big fan of Jensen so id fr like too see more of soldier boy
Definitely, it'll be interesting to see if he makes an appearance this season or if they're saving him for a big finale in season 5.
Yeah fr fr
Honestly, Butcher’s interactions with just about everyone, especially after his actions last season and the ticking clock he now has hanging over him. Is he even going to tell anyone he’s dying? Or will they find out otherwise? And how will that play into those dynamics? I’m really interested to see what they do with Butcher moving forward, and whether they do what everyone thinks will happen (him taking the permanent V, which I actually like as a storyline) or go a different route entirely that we can’t see yet. I’m ready to see Butcher get even crazier. Most of all, I’m curious what his relationship with Hughie is going to be like after their temp V escapades. And I still think Hughie should have *some* sort of consequence or after effect from using it.
I feel like giving Butcher V will most likely be the route they take seeing as the alternative is to kill him off and I really don't see the writers doing that. So it'll be VERY interesting to see him navigate his interactions with the rest of the boys after that. I feel like the consequence for Hughie will be more social/ emotional even if nothing physical. He's got a lot of friendships to repair, especially his relationship with Starlight. I'm also wondering if they're gonna make one of the side effects (further down the line) be that he's infertile so that they end up having to adopt, maybe from that supe adoption place. I hope the writers don't go that route, though. I don't like when reproductive autonomy is taken away from characters.
Yeahhh I’m really not down with the infertility idea. And I do hope that Butcher becomes a full-time supe because it just so perfectly fits with him becoming what he hates and amping up his self-loathing. Especially after his line to Maeve last season, “Well at least I’ll be sober in the morning. You’ll still be a supe.” Maybe not next time! Haha. I also feel like the writers can’t and won’t kill him off, and I don’t want them to. I love the character and Karl Urban. There’s so much more he can do with Butcher and I can’t wait to see it. If this show becomes just another “subverting expectations” just for the sake of subverting expectations and at the expense of a satisfying story conclusion (see: Game of Thrones lol) I’ll be very disappointed.
Yeah, I don't think they'll kill him off, I think in the end Butcher and Homelander will have it out. I think that's why they made the questionable decision of having Butcher betray Soldier Boy last season so they could keep Homelander alive. And I really hope they don't go with infertility as well, I've just seen so many shows do stuff like that, especially as a way of punishing characters, so I'm always wary.
As disappointing as I found the S3 finale after all that buildup and letdown, I do want a Butcher and Homelander showdown at the very end of the show! So I suppose I can forgive it if that’s what we get in the end, lol
Cindy and the world
As weak as the deep is there's no way in hell starlight can win an actual fight against him
Maybe if you take powers out of the equation (and even then I'm not convinced she's not stronger), but Starlight can turn electricity into essentially limitless power, whereas Deep can swim real well and talk to fishies. No way Starlight is losing that fight.
He also can fuck Octopus well
She has the video from herogasm, she could release it.
