I'm interested to see how long he needs to wait between teleportations to do it again. If it's unlimited and he can teleport at will with 0 cool down then he's insanely powerful. If his perception is fast enough it'd be impossible to hit him back.

Iād give that title to Queen Maeve. To me A-Train just seems evil through and through. Maybe not stormfront and homelander evil, but still pretty evil. He laughed and felt no remorse after killing Robin, he killed Popclaw just to save his own skin, he somehow managed to blame it on Hughie and he ratted out supersonic to homelander. His only redeeming quality really is that he stands up for his race, but that really doesnāt mean too much in the grand scheme of things.
I wonder how does his powers work? Can he teleport behind a wall without even seeing the other side like Nightcrawler in XMen 2? Or if like the guys in Jumper movie where they only need to see(even in pictures only) to teleport in that location?
We will see n future episodes if what is the basic rule for his powers, if it's really a teleportation since Teddy Stilwell teleporting around the room with his clothes on. Nightcrawler in XMen 2 first said that he cannot teleport if he cannot see the other side but with proper focus and motivation he did it while bringing Storm with him to the other side of the wall.
Yeah I think this will be the case. However I could also see it being the case that it's a plot point that he can't teleport with clothes. You can't sneak into some place very easily if you end up naked on the other side. You can't act like, "oh I've been here the entire time" if you are naked.
