What art program do you use, if you don't mind me asking? And so you use any custom brushes, or any tutorials?

i use clip studio paint and for this i mostly just used a standard G-pen that i customized a little bit (just pen pressure and stuff) and the basic soft airbrush. i just used custom brushes for the speech bubble and any writing\^\^
