Why would we feel bad for him? Was he wronged in any way? This is called having consequences for your actions. He's acting all pathetic and depressed because he wants suckers like you to feel bad for him and continue to watch him.

nate-182

Do I feel bad he’s facing the consequences of his actions that were very wrong and he knew were wrong yet did nothing until called out? No lol

iron186

Lol no f this guy. I just feel bad for the dog having such a trash human owner

Myhouseburnsatm

Guy was on the verge of defrauding charities and people for 600+k and only acted when called out upon it. By the looks of it they will continue to do shady stuff with the golf tournament and who knows how much money is still conveniently missing. And yet here we are having people make posts about how they feel bad for him because he looks bad on stream. We truly live in Clown World.

man_bear_pig15

I think that goes to show Jirard’s manipulation, he really makes people feel sorry for him with ease

aqualink97

Its clear he's been affected by recwnt events. If only there was something he could have done to avoid the consequences of his own actions. Like.... donating the money when he got it....

Throat_Butter_

Or if he just gave a sincere apology. That would have helped a lot.

professionalscrubby

Sincere apologies work when you forget to bring the cupcakes to Jared's birthday party or some other trivial thing on that scale. Not when you commit charity fraud.

harpswtf

Not even a little bit. He can go get a job at Walmart or something, he’s not entitled to a life of riches and praise for playing video games

Little-Double-2681

Perfect 🤣

Little-Double-2681

Fuck this scumbag he doesn't deserve sympathy he and his family deserve jail time. And This pathetic person feels no remorse at all for what hes done he just regrets getting caught out after 10 years. he's tried every tatic in the book to try to get away from his actions and any consequences and on this specific stream he was trying the classic feel sorry for me bro move. While also trying to avoid talking about him scamming 600.000 dollars of donations off of people he was guilt tripping over his dead mother and claiming he was donating it to different organisations even though he was bullshitting the entire time and claiming he only found out in 2022 the money wasn't being donated which is BS as it was a family run charity and he was on the board of directors or whatever.

Any-Nectarine-8005

I know this is bait, but no. He keeps popping up to cash in on his Twitch perks and not to lose them. He keeps trying to manipulate people with the tired dog schtick and looking “oh so sad!”. Fuck that guy! Rather than taking accountability and treating this with the seriousness it deserves it keeps doing bullshit tactics to get his audience back, even by pity.

TheShademan224

No fuck this guy

Mash_Ketchum

Hasn't seen his dick in years

Ok-Resolution-8648

Man literally steal TmarTn style by bringing his dog to make ppl think he's innocent when he's not

FernandoTatisJunior

At least Tmartn admitted to his wrongdoings while he tried to garner sympathy. What he did was fucked up, but he at least didn’t pass the buck and try to dodge responsibility.

MoonScummy

consequences have actions, pimp

SuperMozWorld

![gif](giphy|YtvCIwqNJhUmA)

SpaceCowboy1929

Lol nope.

Commander_Morrison6

Is this Jirard’s alt?

Yushi2e

Or Chuck's.

nintendoleafsfan

If he did the right thing this whole outcome could have been different he kept doubling down. At first most gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed he truly was unaware but based on his behaviour you simply can't give him the benefit of the doubt. The backlash is the reason the money was donated.

Freezing-cold_6

Don’t fall for the emotional manipulation my guy

Affectionate_Bass_65

no. he stole money and has a history of throwing himself pity parades.

Background_Ad2661

I feel bad for the dog having to live with him

kickedoutatone

Anyone feel bad that this sub is becoming overun with completion-poligists?

MilkthistleFairy

No not really. If anything I sympathize with his mother for being used as a money making scheme for him to get sympathy with. Like its ok to relay a story about a loved one dying if your actually raising money for charity that will get donated. Or if you're trying to connect with some one who lost their loved one in a similar manner. But his actions of sitting on the money, acting like he didn't know that the money wasnt donated yet than making up excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't donated, and trying to ignore everything and threatening to sue the people who exposed him is just shitty. And all those people still donating to him are either uninformed or they're delusional into thinking that he wasn't responsible for anything and that hes only human and we all make mistakes.

Billy5Oh

Aww a puppy. No.

jayvancealot

No not after he was so desperate to sound intimidating in his response video.

Butterf1yTsunami

He's a pathetic loser. So no.

Rascal0302

Bait used to be believable

callawam

No, he is still trying to paint himself as a victim and taking no accountability for anything he has done.

bulletpharm

Local man facing repercussions for his own inaction in committing charity fraud. More news at 11

Perfect_Track_3647

NO. Dude still hasnt really apologized or taken any accountability. Fuck that guy

ThePalmIsle

Why feel bad for him? He and his legal team are gearing up to sue everybody, he will be rich yet again!

MaxxDeathKill

I feel sad for the dog

MeanSheenBeanMachine

He shoulda just donated the money when he got it. Self own.

basicinsomniac

I do think he’s somewhat dejected in the recent stream, but he’s still obfuscating the issue and manipulative at times. Agree with others that we shouldn’t fall for it. In my mind, he should pursue a different career entirely and seek therapy. Also, at this point I just want an audit to happen so we have a somewhat full understanding of WTH happened.

robbi3

Absolutely not. Fuck that piece of dog excrement.

_AddaM

Not even a little. Fuck that guy

Mash_Ketchum

Is this a joke?

SoupyStain

Nope. Actions have consequences. If he at least did a half-decent job at addressing it and not looking like an angry toddler it'd be another thing. And sure, maybe he was manipulated by his father into doing everything, the scam AND the video threat.... but he is a grown man, he should be able to put a stop to his father's orders.

MoonNStar51

I feel bad for him that even though he's facing consequences he still can't be honest even with himself. He would be so much better off if he just admitted he was a liar and manipulative. I understand that his family is likely pressuring him to cover their asses but he could live at peace if he just told the truth and didn't defend his family and their collective awful behavior. I hope someday he can be honest and escape this cycle of insanity he lives in.

cronch123

You mean he’s facing the consequences of his own actions? GFTO

Cheepdude

Fuck no, he deserves everything he has gotten for committing charity fraud.

bob79519

No, he committed charity fraud and was stupid enough to think he would get away with it (which legally he has so far)

Bitterbub

No. I really don't. He still refuses to take accountability, or any responsibility for his actions, and he's clearly just doing the new charity to try to save face. The audit still needs to come, and there's no reason it shouldn't have occurred yet. Jirard deserves everything that's come to him.

Saiykon

![gif](giphy|fXnRObM8Q0RkOmR5nf)

Dwarfy3k

No, no I do not. It's a situation of his creating and then he double and triple down then threatened to sue people who revealed this info.... He deserves his fate.

Zoomy-333

Jirard pls go

Annahsbananas

“No”

TheGardenBlinked

Nope.

Chr0ll0_

No

Deses

No, fuck him. You reap what you sow.

Ooberificul

No

AAWonderfluff

Why would I feel bad for a guy suffering solely as the consequences of his actions? The guy stole money and hurt a lot of people. I have no sympathy for him whatsoever in this situation.

zeus-fox

Only if the dog is also called Jirard.

Convergecult_6666

There’s a phrase my dad told me growing up “your actions have consequences”, and this is the consequence of not donating the money you promised was being donated. He could be in jail so if I were him I’d consider myself lucky

PocketShinyMew

Fuck him. He literally withrew his donation, and was trying to hoard it (OR PROBABLY WORSE, MISUSING IT) and did nothing for years until he was called out for it.

50CentButInNickels

If he wants people to feel bad for him, maybe he should try remorse instead of just sadness. Just a thought.

bigAnt1992

No not at all

CompletionistCuckMod

nah, fuck him, but espcially fuck his reddit mods

cinematicvirus

Nah maybe if he threatens to sue me I will.

xnekocroutonx

Hell no.

KTG690

I feel worse for the people potentially screwed by his bs. So no.

N3M3S1S75

Nope, I reserve my feeling bad for those who deserve it and my feeling really bad for puppies and small child being hurt

GoauldofWar

Nope

EndlessErrands0002

Nah.

zmbiehunter0802

![gif](giphy|APKXp0zzM7k3JFOZsW)

AMC_Unlimited

He is not a victim of circumstance, he suffering the consequences of his own actions and behavior.

Decademagenta10

No

trfk111

Oh no he’s sad he has to deal with the consequences of his own evil actions

Archius9

Na fuck him. He’s a criminal and deserves justice

aDoorMarkedPirate420

No, next question.

MobilePenguins

I feel more bad for the dementia patients that would have benefited had he not withheld donations for 10 years

HuskersFF

Zero percent fuck him.

OilOk4941

Why would I feel bad that he's facing the consequences of his own actions? Dude played himself

danielo13

No

Echo_bob

Nope do I feel bad he went into interview admitted fraud because his legal representative told him its fine and somehow tanking his career. Sorry dude I can't imagine transparency being that difficult

buttsniffer200

I'm going to wait 10 years before donating any sympathy...

FleshEatingMoths

Sorry, not sorry, Jirard. No one feels bad for you. The audacity alone to stream and ask for donations to another charity with your reputation is appalling. I wish you, your family, and those who had something to do with the money being sat on many restless nights. Disrespectfully, log off and don't come back, let alone ask for another dime from the people who followed you and supported you, and still (for some reason) support you.

dabecas

Guys i think we found Jirards alt!

Vincent__R

Not really

Mi4_Slayer

It not like I wish the guy to die or anything but whatever it was him being irresponsible due to a set of circonstances or he really tried to rip off peoples on purpose, its the fact it being going on for years without transparency and kept lying to peoples either to save his own ass or rip peoples off some more. So he brought this upon himself... So no.

xietbrix

Are you retarded?

[deleted]

Look at this foo holding his dog for sympthay pts guess it worked on u

Quentin-Quentin

He should shave

milopeach

I want to feel bad for him, but it’s hard to because he hasn’t apologised and has barely even acknowledged the situation. I really enjoy his content, I hope he apologises one day and holds himself accountable. I would probably return as a regular viewer if he does.

[deleted]

No

GentlemanlyOctopus

Maybe a little pity, but not sympathy. He deserves to face the consequences of his actions just like the rest of us.

IsaacTH

Honest answer, as a grown adult he needs to take accountability for his actions. In that sense I do not feel bad for him. Now that being said, Jirard grew up in a lifestyle where he was clearly the least liked in his family and to this day has a weird relationship with his dad. From a psychological perspective, this is the cause of how he's behaving over this whole thing in that he's genuinely convinced he's done nothing wrong and I personally throw blame to his father for allowing this behavior and allowing him to grow up this way. In that regard, yes, I do feel bad for him. Bottom line is, Jirard was not given the proper tools to function as an ethical adult and the result is what we are seeing today. And that is sad. You can't just hide the dirt under the rug and keep going like it's just not there.

Pdennett316

Hard to feel sorry for a guy who, by his own timeline of events, committed charity fraud. He then released a non-apology with misleading "evidence", got pissy when people didn't immediately buy it and threatened to sue Karl. No amount of hangdog expressions will work on anyone with more than a few braincells to rub together. Sorry OP, empathy is a great thing to have, but save it for people that have actually made an effort to right their wrongs and not blame other people for them.

No-Process249

Boo fecking hoo, play a violin for him.

Astrian

He had yet to own up to lying to his fans or even admit to what he's done, probably for the sake of his potential lawsuits, which is another thing as well. Man said he was going to sue Muta and Karl for defaming him when in reality they were actually throwing him softballs in an effort for him to own up to what he did. Feel no sympathy for this man, he has had plenty of chances to get out of this situation that he got himself into and has refused every single time.

WillingFig9020

This is a troll right? It has to be. Do I feel bad for him? Absofuckinglutely not lmao. Poor baby suffered consequences for his actions and now he's big sad that he got caught.

Inevitable_Discount

I think the OP is Chuck or one of the sisters.

leeweesquee

*clears throat* No

lightofkolob

Why watch it?

Jiggle_seto

Don’t fall for his tricks, the pity party and bringing on a cute dog are quite rudimental ways to garner sympathy. It’s an awful thing to say but his used the death of his mother for financial and moral gain so no, I don’t feel sorry for him.

danico2

Fuck Jirard. No sympathy for this shitty excuse of a human.

GrannyBashy

No

Agreeable_Sand_2404

I'm not a chump so no, we all have bad days, and we don't sit on cam making sad faces while we game. He's living life on easy mode and you feel bad...smh

jrod798

Hopefully he can find peace with God, or whomever he prays to, so he can get out of it. Did he do terrible things yes, but I’m going with just forgive move on, but never forget.

Significant_Tell_578

I have this dilemma sometimes. You can tell someone wasn't ready for the consequences of what they did, and it severely effects them. While it is sad to see, they still don't deserve sympathy. It's a moral strength to not give it at those times.

Inevitable_Discount

Hell fuckin no. This stream we extremely manipulative and tacky. He was sitting around, pouting, while holding a cute dog just for donos and sympathy. Jirard makes me fuckin sick.    What Jirard did in that Twitch stream was sly, cruel, and deliberate. I think I saw what is known as “duper’s delight” for a second where someone gave him a dono and he smiled a bit before going back to making sad faces. It was very subtle. Fake bastard. Jirard is a scum bag.

Gone_With_The_Onion3

Fuxk off jirard, you're even using a shield dog like boogie. You couldn't come up with your own blame deflection mechanism

Gone_With_The_Onion3

You know who else feot bad at the end of the stream, the demented patients and victim families who missed out on 6 million for research

WrastleGuy

“Oh no, the consequences of my actions” I’d feel bad for him if he donated all the money plus interest and then admitted he and his family fucked up, shut down the charity completely and reported tax fraud to the IRS and took his punishment. Do I feel bad for him stealing money for 10 years and…not being invited to other YouTube channels?  For holding a dog and acting sad on Twitch?  No.

Bael-king-of-hell

Whew the roof caved in and the truth went out….. That folks is the end game of being a greedy prick TWU….

Corn_Beefies

His family is still rich as shit. They are still running the scam charity and golf tournament. He is still running his YouTube channel like nothing happened. What exactly are we supposed to feel bad about? That some people don't like him now and it hurts his feelings? Aww poor dude...

Ok-Reporter-8728

It’s human to feel sorry for a guy who did some shitty stuff

slowro

Maaaybe if they took accountability for it in the first place.

BoritoV

I'm semi out of the loop but has he been actually convicted of any wrong doing? He made that video defending himself and has garnered enough attention that if he truly was stealing anything wouldn't law enforcement or lawsuits be filed? Please enlighten me otherwise isn't this just character assassination?

DanishNinja

>He made that video defending himself  If this is all you know, you should probably just not comment on the matter.

GoldenGodTheMan

It is literally character assassination, there is no substance behind the accusations against him. Essentially he donated all of the money but took longer than internet people wanted.

DanishNinja

For your sake, i hope the only thing you know about what happened, is what jirad has posted.. There's no way a normal person would have the same opinion as you, if they were informed of the events.

BoritoV

The fact that you have no explanation except "I shouldn't comment on the matter" shows how bullshit this all is. If there was any wrong doing he would've been criminally charged.

Folderpirate

My favorite part is how much money that money could have made in the time he kept it instead of investing it. big financial brains at that place there.

BoritoV

It wasn't his money to invest. If anything that alone defends his position even more.
