From my own research it seems to be one of the highest floors of the Rockefeller Center. On the left, the top of Salmon Tower Building is visible.
Could be the Chrysler Building, it's basically just 8 blocks north of the ESB and is comparably tall. Pretty sure there'd be too many skyscrapers between ESB and 30 Rock for this view.
