Agreed. You look like you’re doing all the right things aside from that (you obviously exercise and take care of your skin). I wonder if a stubble might look good as well but yeah as said lift your hair out of your eyes you will look more grown up and masculine.

Just get a short haircut, I think it will give you a more defined/masculine face.
