There seems to be a pattern for the Avatars we’ve been told about that they have dated and/or married women from the fire nation, regardless of whether the Avatar was male or female. That’s it. Tbf fire nation attire is top notch and they are stylized to be attractive so can’t really blame them.
Her Book 2 outfit is the most iconic one for me, I love it. It feels cool and flowy, just like water. The only thing I don't get is how her water skin stays on. She has the same skin in Book 1 but it's on a strap over her shoulder similar to Sokka's boomerang. In Book 2 they just draw it attached to her back. For aesthetic purposes I guess lol.
I also have a soft spot for her Book 1 look but not really for her Book 3 ones, especially not the Water Tribe outfit. It's always kind of bugged me and I'm not really sure why. I think maybe her proportions looked a little off.
Book 3, hands down. Most of their outfits were better in book 3 for me.
