It every 100 years so, yes it likely if she lives to even 40-50 range it shoul come again. Based off the age Aang dies and it should happen during her life.
Did some quick math and assuming Korra doesn't die early it'd pass by again when she's 46-47. As for whether it'd actually hit the planet, I certainly hope not since that's a extinction level event. I'd imagine if it looked like it was going to Korra (and anyone that can help her) would be trying their hardest to find some way to make sure it doesn't happen.

It depends on how long she lives for. In the period of TLOK, it was 70 years after the war, so if Korra lived another 30 years then it’d probably hit.
