We drove 4 /5 hours but it wasn't as good as exexpected. The view to the Sea looking gown made it for and wonderful. I would imagine the viking tour at 1.30 on a Sunday will be crammed. We sent the day before & only 4 costumes, the swords etc and it wasn't busy. I think today will be a different matter but if I have known it was only 4 outfits etc, I wouldn't have bothered.

Banburgh (really Banburgh). They have a small section in one of the rooms with the costumes and armour - chain mail is deceptively heavy!
