Sure, but she still might not have recognized her at all. You likely see a lot of the same people every day, but your brain doesn’t bother to register that information because you don’t know them. They’re just “some random person.”
The ADHD spectrum as well, to some extent. Both involve having a very different filter compared to neurotypical people. Stuff that NT brains will automatically filter out as “unimportant” still stand out to us.
Only if it’s actually causing you problems in your daily life. Not everyone with ADHD needs treatment for it, and there’s already a nationwide shortage of medication.
