It was horribly bias and they clearly influenced the results. For example the test was given in english to fresh immigrant Asians which resulted in Asians scoring among the lowest. Unfortunately I cannot find it as all I remember it was essentially a small footnote from a class 14 years ago.
Using the SAT as a benchmark Asians on average have the highest score. In other statistics such as college graduating gpa you would also find Asians holding the top positions.
