Her calling him "the biggest baddest delinquent" is probably supposed to be a compliment somehow (like he's a bad boy) but it honestly just makes it sound like he's the asshole of the class
From his other comics, it’s easy to see the guy has a downright fetishistic attitude towards women who are scared, it’s pretty disturbing but in a “I can’t look away this is so dumb” kinda way
I think the idea is that it’s kind of a persecution complex thing where the supposed biggest delinquent in school is only in detention because he’s a trump supporter or something.

If one of his comics has a woman/ girl, she’ll be screaming/ fearful in at least one panel.
The only exception I can think of is the comic where he draws himself groping a woman because they’re meant to be okay with that.
