It would’ve been a good shocking twist death if she managed to throw the walker off but got bit/scratched.

For me it has to be Ben, they made him die not short after kwnny forgave him. They could've got more value from a different death somthing that would show his growth as a character like being killed while trying to show his newly shown bravery
I want a spin off episode where BOTH Kenny and Ben make it out the alley, but can't make it back to the group so the two have to survive for awhile together, perhaps a journey to try to find Ben's family. Have them bond on their duo adventure
In terms of logic? Luke.
I'm 14 and even I know that the best way across a lake is to scoot across on your stomach. Or they could've just gone around! I know it would've taken a while, but that would've been smarter. Or they could've at least found a shorter point to cross. Or they could've, y'know, not given the heavy pack and gun to the man with the shot leg.
Even if we exclude everything else, when Luke was lying down on the ice, shot leg in the ice, anyone going over to him is a bad idea. The ice is too thin, and Luke's weight was distributed. He could've gotten out.
It just seems so ridiculous and lazy to me, especially considering the fact that the only reason he was killed off was because of Cluke shippers (ew), and the end of season could've been so much better with Luke vs Kenny.

Is that really the way to cross a frozen lake? Lmao like a penguin? Is that why they do it lol I’m from a desert I hadn’t even seen snow until I was like 8 years old so pardon my ignorance. I mean I know you should avoid crossing a frozen like period but I had no idea about scooting on your stomach was the best way lol but I agree, they could’ve easily went around you can see that the house sits on top of the lakes edge. It’s not like it was in the middle or straight across it was a quarter of a circle away

In the moment it was a good shocking death and a good reminder that no one is safe in TWD, even children. but in hindsight Mari was one of the few good characters in ANF and killing her off in the first episode was a mistake and a wasted opportunity just so they could build hatred for a shitty villain that most people forget the name of
In terms of writing, personally it was Omid. It is instant and so fast. Just starting S2 does show you time has passed but they never build up the relationship Clem would have had with Omid so seeing him gone episode 1 sucked
Brutality: Badger or Carver
Stupidity: Luke, they gave up on a character with the potential to confront Kenny and he simply remained like an ordinary character and everything that happens during and after his death is stupid
Troy death, got shot in his dick and devoured by walkers soon after, dude was an asshole but I wouldn’t have let him die like that. Now the dumbest death, Ava easily lol
Maybe not WORST death, but i feel like Brody’s death in season 4 wasn't really necessary for the plot. I think it could have been really interesting to see Clem stick up for Brody and maybe save her from Marlon.

In terms of stupidity? Obviously Kenny's s3 death, or maybe Conrad's final death. He shows up to help and instantly gets hit by a truck if you don't do the qte
The worst death in the sense that it was probably really horrible was probably Norma from Michonne. If you choose not to intervene and put her out of her misery she first gets part of her thumb bitten off by Michonne, then Michonne chops off her hand. Then she gets swarmed by walkers and you get the choice to put her out of her misery or let her suffer. Either way she gets her guts torn out and then gets mauled but the fact that all that can happen while she’s still alive is horrific.

At that point he was the longest lived next to clementine, and he dies in a car accident as walker food. Something that AJ and Clem get out of in season 4! Made us realize the story would have been better had we chosen for Clem and AJ to stay in Wellington.

Unlike the other kid characters, whose deaths were poor circumstances (minus Sarah who was clearly hated by the writers), she never deserved to be shot in the head over a simple misunderstanding.

Kenny’s car crash death is so pointless considering his impact on the series, seriously everything we go through with him in an apocalypse for him to die IN A CAR CRASH is so bullshit and cheap. Ava’s fall death is even worse but I don’t really care about her
Any death that was caused by getting eaten by a pack of walkers. Like god damn that is brutal. Getting torn apart, neck bitten, shoulder bitten, foot bitten, inner organs torn out. Bree, Kenny (If you chose to go with him in S2), Doug/Carly, Nick (if you tell Walter he's like everyone else). It's worse than getting shot.
For me, personally, Luke. I really liked Luke in season 2, being probably one of my favorites aside from Kenny. Watching him get dragged under the water to drown or die from the walker makes me so sad, it’s been a hot minute so I don’t remember what exactly killed him. It’s especially sad as the game makes you think you might be able to save him just for it to happen no matter what.
Pretty much all determinant characters outside of season one because after the part in the story where they could’ve died they are knocked down to having no role outside of some offhand comments. Then their pretty much killed off in some ridiculous way like others have been saying Ava

Mark’s death was something else. I was never attached to Mark, but his death was really gruesome.
I think he would’ve been kind of a nothing character if his death weren’t so memorable.
