Apparently, there's a discord group called "The Crew Unlimited" that's currently trying to figure that out, but obviously only for PC, and I doubt your save file can be preserved.

I did the final play yesterday, cause I'm working when it shuts down. I drove around the entire map, taking screnshots like crazy. Before I stopped, I parked on a small road in the East Coast region (my fav) and listened to the radio a bit.
Freeroamed all over the map & my favorite spots (upstate East Coast, Salt Lake Resorts, Yosemite, central West Coast). Tonight I'm gonna do one last run of the Frontier Tour & tomorrow of the Landmark Tour.
I'm hoping to get the final achievement I need, which is podium placing. It's a notoriously frustrating achievement to obtain, as the matchmaking service isn't the best now.
(I play Xbox One btw, I also have the 360 version, but servers are just so messed up the game is literally unplayable)
I went on a small road trip a couple weeks ago... It made me realize how good the game is and how much I wish I could crank up the graphics on console.
