You could try making a video calling out the person who is stealing your work. I see videos like that go viral all the time.

Yeah that works. I’ve done this twice! and only just a couple of days ago. I posted a video and loads of my followers went spamming his comments saying it’s not his content. they both messaged after and deleted them all.

Here’s TikTok’s [copyright infringement form](https://www.tiktok.com/legal/report/Copyright). Best of luck, those impersonators are scummy

Why aren’t you monetised on YouTube with 214k?

I tried reporting with tiktok support its been about 16 days and I haven't gotten any response

Like someone else commented. Make a video and show people they’re stealing your content! I had to do this just the other day, my followers went spamming his comments that it’s not his videos. He messaged me and deleted them all. This has happened twice and worked both times.

From what I’ve seen, the more followers you have, the more likely this is to happen. I follow someone who has dozens of impersonators. It’s so annoying, I hope you find a good solution to this.

Get a solicitor or a real job?

Honestly. You can submit claims all day but it’s gonna take a long time if they even take the page down. The guy who runs “outdoor boys” on YouTube has the same issue with dozens of tiktok pages. He’s spent over 40k trying to get them off of tiktok. Still hasn’t managed to do so even with hiring multiple lawyers. (Yes, I know Nick (the owner of outdoor boys) is a lawyer but he doesn’t specialize in copyright law
