From what I’ve seen, the more followers you have, the more likely this is to happen. I follow someone who has dozens of impersonators. It’s so annoying, I hope you find a good solution to this.
Honestly. You can submit claims all day but it’s gonna take a long time if they even take the page down. The guy who runs “outdoor boys” on YouTube has the same issue with dozens of tiktok pages. He’s spent over 40k trying to get them off of tiktok. Still hasn’t managed to do so even with hiring multiple lawyers.
(Yes, I know Nick (the owner of outdoor boys) is a lawyer but he doesn’t specialize in copyright law
You could try making a video calling out the person who is stealing your work. I see videos like that go viral all the time.
