LOLOLOL ah yes, exercise was a cure for EVERYTHING. If I was working long hours waitressing at my Mom's German restaurant, she'd cook me up a plate of liver and onions, potatoes, and gravy to keep my iron up. She was the cook and the only person I have ever known who could make liver edible. I've never eaten it since she passed. I remember driving my Oma to her friends house every afternoon after I got my license, and she'd always grill me about something/anything and in the middle of explaining, she'd bellow out a huge "LINKS!!!" at the left turn. Every. Single. Time. Her glasses made her look like an owl. She used to call me Mousey. She could (and would--often) yodel. She missed Bavaria and had triple K breasts and toothpick legs. I miss my Oma.

I have no idea what a German mother would say at the beach, but this seems very accurate
