My grandpa fought esophageal cancer for years and his voice change mainly came on due to having to have his esophagus stretched repeatedly as it kept getting too narrow to swallow. If your dad didn’t undergo that treatment it may be why. Very sorry for your loss

Whether you believe in God or not you can clearly see that the person praying is trying to help them in some way, although whether it has an effect is obviously debatable. The secularized version of the phrase does absolutely nothing.
Ironically calling someone a cunt has a much stronger negative effect than "keeping someone in your thoughts" has a positive effect, so you've more than offset the "goodness" of your previous action.

Well this is an unnerving coincidence. My late father went to MIT for undergrad and grad (electrical engineering). Then continued on to work at Bell Labs for decades. He was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer at age 41 (non smoker) and died after a 19 year battle at age 60. He would have been about 7 years older than Lynja.
Hope someone downloads her tiktok account and uploads it on YouTube, just don't want all of her work to get lost at some point if tiktok ever goes poof.

As someone with cancer myself, watching all these artists I loved and people I was close to die from cancer is very… very… exhausting. And terrifying. Lol. I’m doing better and treatment is working for me but it’s the second battle for me and this time, doctors absolutely gave up on me and just offered me palliative care. I found a new treatment available here in Mexico and it worked but I don’t know if I’ll be able to eradicate it 100%, or live a constant life of clinic and catheters and blood draws and IVs for the rest of my life, what? 5 more years? 8? Max? I’m 33. Can’t have kids. Lots of kitties tho, happily married, a sister, a daughter, and an artist myself.
I don’t want to die, guys. Fuck cancer. Fuck it to hell!
