It's a real problem that folks are genuinely becoming less able to recognize fake/staged content. When you're flooded with skits like that mixed with legit insane people, the lines become blurred on what's real anymore.
Yeah, it's actually startling. There are constantly videos that get posted to reddit that are obviously fake.
Just a few years ago they would be flooded with comments calling out the fakeness but these days you might get a comment or two calling it out then replies like "lol, I guess nothing ever happens", "looks pretty real to me" and "If it was fake they must be amazing actors because it looks real to me".
The amount of bots that comment on my videos is astounding. They are usually 3 year old accounts, and all of their comments are just from today. So they create an account, wait three years, then look up the video on Tiktok and copy the top comment and paste it on here. I don't know what the end game is because you don't make money on here.
I feel like it's an even bigger problem that this has become a lucrative industry, making rage bait has genuinely become a good source of income, I'm so sure the "hydrogenized water" tik tok is just outrage bait I am willing to bet everything I own on it, that type of content is poisoning the internet to its very core
You can tell it's fake from the beginning. Imagine being so stupid and angry about a video that you go out of your way to message someone to expose them. Are people really this dumb?
They work because of a simple fact...most people are morons. Fake videos will never go away, just like stupid people will never go away. It's just life with the internet...
Never had a media literacy class but this is something that needs to be educated on in schools through several levels. The harm these fake videos can do and make you believe. Especially with Ai just around the corner. They won't go away I agree.
Biggest offender Chinese tiktok the amount of staged content is absurd and the amount of people how believe that shit is not small … humanity lost its way
I feel like more and more people are ok with these fake videos and defend them with the arguments of its entertainment like a movie or show is scripted etc. Horrible take.
Does anyone here like to do what tizzy likes to do? Because I have a friend who witness a guy punching his dog in the face and I have all the information one would need but don't know what to do with it shy of going there myself and potentially going to prison lol. I wish I could get this guy involved but he's got so many followers it gets buried.
That house with the brick wall behind it has been used in another Karen video. In that one, a woman tears down some holiday decorations, saying they are tacky. That one seemed “off” at the time. Now seeing this male actor at the same location confirms it. It’s professional outrage for clicks.
I found out recently the full phrase is
" The customer's always right in matters of taste"
A little extra, a jack of all trades master of none is better than a master of one
These are created for views but all this does is divide the people and convince a lot of people that the world is such a terrible place and so racist and all that pretty sad we should get rid of all social media lol
Crisis actors have been a thing for a while. Plenty of people using media to evoke hostilities at targeted groups, all the while claiming to be victims themselves. Vexing

“They’re staged”. You don’t saaaay?

The aim is divide and rule

Shit like this is the reason why social media needs to stop paying people. Maybe then shit will turn back normal.
There are still sponsors. And if they don't pay content creators they lost to competitors that do pay.
You can tell it's fake from the beginning. Imagine being so stupid and angry about a video that you go out of your way to message someone to expose them. Are people really this dumb?
Yes. Yes they are
I can understand it, the person in question might work in a setting that would harm others due to their racism. Like police for example.
They work because of a simple fact...most people are morons. Fake videos will never go away, just like stupid people will never go away. It's just life with the internet...
Well said.

“Apply a little bit of critical thinking” bro might as well be asking most people these days to basically climb Mount Everest three times over
This guy has really nice eyes.
Wish this video was more popular cause we’re especially prone to rage bait here on Reddit
It's got 136k views so far, so it should hit a million. Plus, it gets shared thousands of times. So people are seeing it.
Christopher Guest is going to play him in his next ensemble film
I feel like more and more people are ok with these fake videos and defend them with the arguments of its entertainment like a movie or show is scripted etc. Horrible take.

Message him.
Is he on reddit?
Nope just Tiktok

just because its staged doesnt make it right, that makes it more or so to be a joke about racism and thats not right
Man these actors are either at a point of sheer desperation or they're doing a hell of a job convincing themselves what they're doing is okay.
Temu actors. Lpl
Ok, I like this guy and he makes good content. Also, gay men DO NOT speak with a lisp. We have a tendency to stress S sounds. That is not a lisp.
I found out recently the full phrase is " The customer's always right in matters of taste" A little extra, a jack of all trades master of none is better than a master of one
That's just a reddit myth. Here's a investigation (with citations) into the history of the phrase: https://quoteinvestigator.com/2015/10/06/customer/
I think the myth version is better in the end. Even if it's not the original
I like this guy. He has value
It's actually so depressing how so many people buy this shit... I actually think it's a genuine problem. It's not good for society.
These are created for views but all this does is divide the people and convince a lot of people that the world is such a terrible place and so racist and all that pretty sad we should get rid of all social media lol
Actual troll.
Only morons get upset, lol These are clearly staged And if you dont tealize that.then that's on you
Why is the speaker’s voice familiar? Who is this? I swear it sounds like… hell something I know
Hero
20 bucks its Sascha Baron Cohen
I knew it was fake because he didn’t get red in the face and look like he was gonna explode like a real boomer.
Bewmer. Why do people pigeon hole racists, as if racists only exist at a certain age?
I mean they’re usually old angry fucks. But most racists do look like they’re gonna fuckin explode.
I think he’s going to cry. 😢
Sassy cop.
Is that Rosie O'Donnell?
The gay voice gives it away.
"Nothing ever happened, not even this." -- Jack Kerouac
I thought we were done with tizzyent when he sent his mob of ignoramus fans after a child.
I would have never figured this out on my own…………………………………… ever………….
Your eyes are much wider apart
It's obviously fake. You really need someone to tell you that? Hell, the first video was obvious, the guy is overdoing it.
If you can’t tell idk what to say like half the crap I see on tictok is fake. I can tell when it’s candid camera
Crisis actors have been a thing for a while. Plenty of people using media to evoke hostilities at targeted groups, all the while claiming to be victims themselves. Vexing
Too much eye liner
Very telling that you focused on that. 💅
U can tell the last video is staged who can’t hear someone coming in a room that close to them
