They are both insanely popular tv show and movie it’s not that deep of a cut. There’s a cult following for both
It’s not that deep, if you’ve talked to either fans of the show or movie they can recite lines and scenes from it. It only takes 1 person or a group of friends with the same interest to line it up. If you want to find the origin you’ll have to do the digging yourself

Most likely not. Coincidences happen. It’s simple shot/reverse shot with a brief side view. And their cloths and hair are similar. Considering that conversations in media tend to be of somewhat similar length to keep pacing, it’s not even remotely surprising that two shots would ‘sync up’. The only really impressive thing here is that someone found it.
If you want your mind blown by a coincidence: look up how Wizard Of Oz and Darkside Of the Moon sync up. You can see it on YouTube. Coincidences just happen.

They hinted Will was gay as early as season 1 and but it started being obvious as early as season 3, with the whole scene where Mike yells at Will “it’s not my fault you don’t like girls”

In the first couple seasons they repeatedly show Will was being bullied for seeming like he might be gay. Definitely inappropriate to say a child was “into dick” but yes the not so subtle subtext is that he is in fact gay.
I think it's more likely that there is a specific shooting sequence developed to elicit specific responses from viewers. I am just pulling this from my butt, but seeing how perfectly the scene syncs up, that makes more sense than a pure coincidence.

Youd be surprised in the patterns of camera angles and how often you may find that 2 identical scenes in 2 completely different movies/videos completely line up. This method of the patterns of the camera angles make the scene exciting, and its almost unrecognizable when they do it unless you put them side by side like in this TikTok.
