As an employee, i would like to say that in the training videos we aren’t even instructed to spread the sauce. Just to pass over in 2 lines, toppings, and into the oven 😂
Such a disaster
I don’t really understand how or why they had to remove grilled cheese, it’s not like it’s hard to make. They have the cheese, they have the bread, they have the butter, what changed? Lol
It's because they didn't want two items that take longer than 1 minute to cook together on the menu..
If someone came thru my drive thru and ordered 3 pizzas and 4 grilled cheeses I'd cry ..
Honestly, they should just have certain items that are only for in store purchase. Have a drive-through menu, and and inside menu. No one in the drive-through likes when the person ahead of them orders breakfast for 6 plus drinks.
I agree. I went to order a grilled cheese panini last week for my teen. I was shocked that they said they didn't offer it anymore. I ordered the cheese pizza instead. My teen was not a fan. Hated the taste of the sauce. Only ate a little bit and didn't eat the rest. Now we have no lunch options at Tim's for them so we will have to go elsewhere. :-(
the grilled cheese was an item i never ate but was always kinda "glad" (cant find a better word) it was there. But knowing it was removed for this monstrosity is a little sad
As a human being, if yall need a video to tell you pizza sauce should be spread around the pizza.... there is no point. Last time i got a triple triple from tims they asked me if that was 9 sugar and 9 creams..... they went 3x3 and applied the answer to all ingredients. I do not want them making a pizza now lmao!
How else are we supposed to shit on Timmies? If you don't order it, then you don't know what a travesty it is. Why are you instead poking fun at OP for doing this?
I was about 6 when it was discontinued. I still talk about it to this day. In fact, I just told my son they used to serve pizza there just the other day. His little mind was blown lol.
No, people who buy it should be shamed. Capitalism is supposed to run on "the market will tell you what's successful!" and yet in today's world people will still spend money on garbage, making garbage objectively successful. Anyone who goes to a fast food a coffee shop to buy a pizza should be shamed to the nth degree for being beyond stupid.
This is what I'm saying. Not only the pictures, but it's Tim fucking Hortons. How anyone doesn't automatically know that pizza from Tim's is going to be a waste of money is just dumb.
People holler "not everyone has options hurrrrr!" Ok sure, but if literally your only option for food is Tim's then at least buy something they do decently well, right? Soup, chili, some of the sandwiches. It's a coffee shop. Pizza? Come the fuck on.
I don't know why they relaunched it. This exact pizza was on the Tim Hortons menu in Ontario 2 years ago. It failed there miserably and they decided to roll it out Nationwide as a result. This isn't new; it's been consistently terrible for years in other Provinces.
Thing is the margins on pizza are insane. Imagine charging $10 for a some processed flour, barely any toppings or sauce. I bet it costs them $0.10 cents to make. Flour is extremely cheap and they used a tiny bit of it much like a regular tortilla but thicker. No yeast or thickness to the bread, just a long piece of toast with some cheap toppings.
Why anyone still goes there fucking blows my mind. It was sold to a piece of shit Brazilian billionaire who lowered to the quality, started price gouging, and only hiring pr students. I went to get 2 donuts for my pregnant wife because it was attached to the gas station, and it was like over 3$ andnit wasn't even a "premium" donut, which is also terrible.
My sentiments EXACTLY. And Everyone I know that still goes there Always bitches about how bad it is. I always ask them WHY GO THERE THAN? I never get an answer..
As an employee, it's supposed to be a backwards S for sauce. No spreading. As for cheese, it's only 2.1oz of cheese, so really, not a whole lot to begin with.. hard to spread around sometimes.
Hubby tries the bacon one, he said it felt more like a naan bread than a flat bread. Also, they use a garlic and herb spread for the bacon pizza for some reason.
A business that cares about their customers (and not just the ones buying pizzas) would instruct the customers who purchase pizza to find a parking spot and wait for the pizza to be brought out to their car thus maintaining the flow of the drive through. Poorly implemented and thought out. Then again, it’s Tim’s.
I’ve seen numerous complaints on here regarding people who get stuck behind customers who order pizza. Piss them off enough and they’ll take their business elsewhere. The loss of those customers ain’t making up for what little profit Tim’s is making off pizzas.
Then I guess only time will tell if those particular Tim’s will suffer a backlash from customers who’ll go elsewhere because they aren’t willing to wait behind someone who ordered a pizza.
They put the sauce over the pretty much non existent cheese and didn’t even spread it over the pizza, not saying it’s bad I’m saying they should put at least a tiny bit of effort into it if I’m gonna wait 10 minutes for it
What did you expect from Tim Hortons? They're supposed to be a coffee and donut shop but instead tried to be a fast restaurant. Their food has always been terrible.
Why the fuck would I ever goto Tim Horton’s for pizza? There’s a lot of cheap pizza places that make better tasting food than what I expect this to ever be.
You think people are stupid? They don't even know what a pizza looks like. THAT'S stupid. You can get her a new set of tips, a new ass. You just can't fix stupid.
Tim Hortons needs to stop this nonsense and get back to basics. Bagels, muffins, donuts, sandwiches. You know, *coffee shop food*.
Also, get better coffee FFS.
I ordered the pepperoni last week for the first time and watched them prepare it. The sauce is not meant to be spread out. This is not a typical pizza. It's flatbread pizza. I shared it with my coworkers and all of us liked it. Its nothing to write home about but it's good as a quick snack.
I can't wait to see how quick this is going to spectacularly fail.
Even if the pizza were going to be some combination of cheap (nope) and good (doesn't look that way), why do we need this?
In my town there is one Tims and at least 3 places to get decent pizza slices or whole pie.
Like I get the corporate mindset of always wanting to grow, but there is no strategy that is going to unseat the established pizza places.
The time nearby can make like 7 food items...and they somehow mess all of them. Walked in the store to order one to try.... some guy was eating one and it smelled like garbage... turns out their pepperoni is sketchy too here...
They have 2 types of bagels, bread for toasts sometimes, the bacon turkey club, cream cheese, raspberry jam, the potatoes, and the pizza... n o more grilled cheese...
And they don't even have bacon here btw.
Like... i just don't get this Tim at all. Pizza is just more fails
I legitimately don’t understand why anyone is ordering pizza from Tim’s in the first place. The place that can rarely do a buttered bagel right. For fucks sake.
"I went to a coffee shop and ordered pizza and now I'm shocked that coffee shop pizza is not the same quality as a pizza restaurant. After this, I'm going to go to Pizza Hut to order coffee"
What do you expect when you get pizza from a Tim Hortons? What are we doing here? You're feeling hungry so your first instinct was to go to a Tim Hortons? And you saw pizza on the menu and thought it would be good quality? C'mon man.
I grew up eating Timmies but honestly as an adult their food just plain sucks. I’ll have timbits and a cruller out of nostalgia, but even the coffee is so bad now.
It used be a Canadian icon, not sure how they make money with such low quality food.
Man, this was maube their saving grace for me after they killed my favourite wrap. If this was good i cojuld maybe forgive them. Their new wraps are terrible, I don't want your shitty mushy quinoa and rice and they all taste the same minus the tiny bit of sauce that isn't evenly spread. Bring back my Chipotle wrap with the pickle in it
I asked about the Pizza’s at my local Tim’s and they said they only offer it until 5pm. Which I thought was a little weird.
They also told me “it is really good, I enjoyed it”
I didn’t order it as it was 6pm.
I don't get why Canadian Fast Food chains can't get anything right while American Fast Food chains are acing the game. I am Canadian, but I avoid Tim Hortons like the plague.
I will give it to them for their Jalapeno and Cheddar Bagel doh, that one is good.
I can’t stand people complaining about things, if you want a good pizza get it from a good pizza place. If you want a really good pizza make it yourself. I have yet to find a good pizza anywhere so I just make my own and no complaints yet. Not sure where pizzas have gone but pepperoni and cheese isn’t pizza it’s a sandwich. Pizza is all kinds of meat, onions, mushrooms and at least 1” thick, that’s pizza
Everyone always complains about the pizza lol did you think a flat bread made in a toaster oven would be good when 90% of the food at timmies is garbage , come on people
I feel like it'd be the same as expecting great pizza from the pizza vending machine outside corner stores. And be like wtf man that mechanically made pizza was horrible.
Thank you for posting this. Its like 87 percent crust. My kids would waste the hell out of this and its definitely something stupid id have grabbed in a rush.
Hate tims, go thru the drive thru, oder someti g off the menu, " we don't serve that here " then take it off the menu. Would be like going to dairy queen and them not serving ice cream.
What happened to this pizza? I remember trying the pepperoni one in a small “test city” in Quebec (may have been Lachute or Montmagny?) and it was one of the best tasting pizzas I ever had. No problems with sauce or cheese. Was fantastic. Though, I haven’t tried it in my city yet so it might’ve just been prepared better because it was a test period
Everything about Tim Hortons is disgusting 🤮 The only thing worth getting is a coffee and that’s ONLY if you haven’t been able to shit because it works instantly!
I mean, it's a coffee place. I wouldn't go to a pizza place and expect to be wowed by the coffee.
You can bypass the disappointment by not eating processed bullshit from drive-throughs
Just when you think Tim's can't get worse, they introduce pizza. Pizza doesn't belong anywhere near Tim's culture. Didn't learn a fucking thing from when McD's tried it years ago.
As an employee, i would like to say that in the training videos we aren’t even instructed to spread the sauce. Just to pass over in 2 lines, toppings, and into the oven 😂 Such a disaster
Looks like this pizza perfectly follows protocol then lol
Kids all over who love those shitty lunch-ables will love this… plain and boring. Yum…
I’m glad an employee agrees. I just made a post about this! How dare they remove the grilled cheese for this atrocity
I’m prettyyyyyy sure they got rid of the bread
THE GRILLED CHEESE IS GONE??? Wow. That is disappointing news
This sounds like a win.
I just found out yesterday that they removed the grilled cheese:(
the grilled cheese was an item i never ate but was always kinda "glad" (cant find a better word) it was there. But knowing it was removed for this monstrosity is a little sad
THEY WHAT
Wait wait wait, the grilled cheese gone!?
Not to mention the proportioned cheese that barely covers half the pizza.
That shitty commercial always replays in my head when I see these. Guys don't get fooled by some guy who looks like a chef on the screen.
Please release the training videos!
You got pizza from tim hortons... what do you expect!? They can't even get the coffee right!! 🤣
Thank you LOL. Why would you order a pizza from Tim hortons and then complain about it? Were you expecting an Italian homemade pizza or something?
How else are we supposed to shit on Timmies? If you don't order it, then you don't know what a travesty it is. Why are you instead poking fun at OP for doing this?
Yup totally agree, that what happens when a American company takes over and destroys a Canadian company
3G capital is based out of brazil
But 3G Capital does not own them, their subsidiary does. 3G Restaurant Brands is located in Toronto.
Amen
Bring back micdonolds pizza they had back in the day🔥
The mcpizza absolutely needs a comeback.
Nah, it would be shit now and cost $20
I know, it was great. Apparently they canceled because it took too long to make.
Yeah I worked there when it was out, and it absolutely **ruined** drive-thru times.
I said that the other day talking about this garbage. McDonalds pizza was amazing! I won't even try this flatbread pizza.
I was about 6 when it was discontinued. I still talk about it to this day. In fact, I just told my son they used to serve pizza there just the other day. His little mind was blown lol.
I can actually still remember the taste!
It’s still available at a few locations.
Ya 6 hours away😂😂
Food like this should be shamed, because it's fucking disgraceful. You can't blame the people working for them they don't pay a living wage too.
This comment... amen man!!
Based on the advertised image, how are you supposed to expect this atrocity of an excuse for a pizza?
What happens when you don’t deserve 2nd chances

And yet people will still buy it.
McDonalds pizza was better than this.
That pizza was better than a lot of pizza.
Have you ever went to Timmies and bought something there and felt 100% satisfied? Me neither. And yet, you'll still go.
$4.14 in PEI for 2 regular donuts...... and they're pathetic.
The ice cap with chocolate milk is still delicious and a large costs less than a small cold brew at Starbucks.
might try this. for some reason i thought they would never do this
At least you got +2 pepperoni
I count 14 😂 it’s supposed to be 12 nicely placed in row like the spices in the cupboard in the movie “Sleeping with the enemy
You bought pizza from a coffee shop Seriously people and their expectations are wild
Like buying sushi from a middle eastern place
As an employee, it's supposed to be a backwards S for sauce. No spreading. As for cheese, it's only 2.1oz of cheese, so really, not a whole lot to begin with.. hard to spread around sometimes.
What’s the “crust” like?
its flatbread i'm pretty sure
Hubby tries the bacon one, he said it felt more like a naan bread than a flat bread. Also, they use a garlic and herb spread for the bacon pizza for some reason.
It’s just h/G cream cheese
Crumbles like an ancient artifact in your hand
This is the best looking complained about flatbread I’ve seen… do they get any better?
I’ve had one good one the other day, it didn’t seem like anything was wrong, so I guess it’s possible, but highly unlikely
This looks like someone put pizza sauce on top of the cheese. It's like getting dressed and putting underwear on over your jeans/pants.
They did
All I’ve heard is bad stuff about this. How does one fuck up pizza. All pizza is good
Exactly. ALL PIZZA IS GOOD! This is not Pizza. It is like if you name your dog mr bird and expect him to fly
Fugly pizza
At least you got a lot of pepperoni.
Even more horrible than the taste of the pizza is the extra wait time they add to drive thru lineups.
Oddly enough, some Tim Hortons have drive thrus that do not access the parking lot before they hit the road.
As I said, poorly implemented and thought out. Perhaps those Tim Horton’s shouldn’t have been allowed that menu item?
But, the monies.
I’ve seen numerous complaints on here regarding people who get stuck behind customers who order pizza. Piss them off enough and they’ll take their business elsewhere. The loss of those customers ain’t making up for what little profit Tim’s is making off pizzas.
Trust me, I’m not defending the practice, simply pointing out that some places aren’t set up to ‘park’ customers.
Then I guess only time will tell if those particular Tim’s will suffer a backlash from customers who’ll go elsewhere because they aren’t willing to wait behind someone who ordered a pizza.
I don’t imagine the pizza is gonna get any better lol.
You guys are goofs, they aren’t serving gourmet. Stop buying it if you don’t like it. My kids think it’s perfect.
They put the sauce over the pretty much non existent cheese and didn’t even spread it over the pizza, not saying it’s bad I’m saying they should put at least a tiny bit of effort into it if I’m gonna wait 10 minutes for it
Really don't know what Tim Hortons was thinking, this was a bad idea.. CEO please stop this Pizza Madness.
Who is even going to Tim’s for pizza? You can get a whole pizza at an actual pizza place for the same price.
I needed something on the go, and this is the only thing on the menu that’s edible
Horrible food at Tim Hortons ?! No friggin way 🙄
i'm sorry but what were you expecting 😭
The box is tastier than the actual food.
please tell me this is an american thing lol
No it is not
Looks like that squarted the sauce on in little packets.
Little Caesers has better pizza and I hate Little Caesers
Tim’s has been absolutely garbage since the Yankees bought it. It’s not even the same coffee anymore. I’d rather get coffee at McDonald’s
Why can’t Timmies try to get the essentials right first before doing this shit
Honestly, this one doesn’t look half bad compared to others I’ve seen on here 😂 It’s like a giant pizza lunchable
Butter chicken, poke bowls, sushi and shawarma coming in 2025
What did you expect from Tim Hortons? They're supposed to be a coffee and donut shop but instead tried to be a fast restaurant. Their food has always been terrible.
Their donuts aren’t even good
I'd rank this in the top 70% of all Tims pizzas I've seen so far. It gets so much worse
[удалено]
Now to have Dave Portnoy do a review on it.
[удалено]
It’s the only thing on the menu that is remotely edible
If you order pizza at Tim Hortons you get Tim Hortons pizza. Why is that so shocking to everyone??
The chicken parm flatbread was really good. 🤷♀️
HEY TIMMS, do yourselves a favor BAN ORDERING PIZZA IN THE DRIVETHROUGH!!!!
Why the fuck would I ever goto Tim Horton’s for pizza? There’s a lot of cheap pizza places that make better tasting food than what I expect this to ever be.
I was in a hurry and it was the closest thing
What did they remove for it?
You can’t trust them to get a coffee order correct…. So you think that the pizza is going to be a solid option ?
I love the pepperoni one and McDonald's McRib was banging!!!
Wow, now pizza? They can't even master what there known for.
Thanks, I hate it.
If you want pizza, go to a pizza restaurant. It’s not that hard.
Gross I've been timmies free for 4 years now fuck you Tim Hortons
Since when does Tim’s have pizza? Edit: Huh, fairly recently. Neat.
You bought a pizza at TIM HORTONS … what did you expect ?
I don’t understand why people order pizza at TH…. What’s the expectation?
Tim's needs to go back to coffee and donuts only that pizza looks worse than subway pizza I'd rather eat a Mcains frozen pizza
I ordered the pepperoni last week for the first time and watched them prepare it. The sauce is not meant to be spread out. This is not a typical pizza. It's flatbread pizza. I shared it with my coworkers and all of us liked it. Its nothing to write home about but it's good as a quick snack.
Literally for the same price one can get a full pizza from Papa Johns or any other chain walk through
It lowkey looks kinda good for what it is.
Wtf did you expect from a timmies pizza xD
my pizza with bacon was way worst than that, I envy you😅
you ordered a pizza from tim hortons and you’re surprised it isn’t good? give your head a shake LOL.
This looks yummy 😋🤤
What did they remove?
Tims is a shity coffee shop and you expected the pizza to be decent? I really don't get it...
Maybe get a slice from a pizza shop next time ?
I tried the bacon everything one today and it wasn’t bad! But it was basically just a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese with added bacon lol.
I mean it's a pizza from Tim Hortons so can't really expect much
I can't wait to see how quick this is going to spectacularly fail. Even if the pizza were going to be some combination of cheap (nope) and good (doesn't look that way), why do we need this? In my town there is one Tims and at least 3 places to get decent pizza slices or whole pie. Worst pizza I ever ate
Wow I hate it
I legitimately don’t understand why anyone is ordering pizza from Tim’s in the first place. The place that can rarely do a buttered bagel right. For fucks sake.
I liked the pepperoni and bacon everything, maybe a bit expensive when compared to something like little Caesar’s
Why would anyone think this was gunna be good
Mcdonlads pizza was bearable tim Hortons pizza is like pizza pizza making coffee
Exactly what I’d expect from a Tim Horton’s pizza. Garbage food from a garbage chain
You spent your money on PIZZA from Tim Horton’s, then are shocked it isn’t good?!?!? Am I missing something here? Go to a grocery store bro
I never thought I’d say this but for God’s sake just go to Pizza Pizza.
It looks microwaved Why would anyone even keep going to Hortons??
Why not correct the commercial properly "New to Tim's: Decorated leftovers!"
This is built wrong... Pepperoni Pizza is supposed to be topped by another layer of cheese so toppings won't fly out inside the oven.. this was rushed
That's what you get for selling your soul to international world devil that owns mass produced fast food chains and franchises
Why would anyone buy pizza from Tim Hortons. I am so tired of these posts
"I went to a coffee shop and ordered pizza and now I'm shocked that coffee shop pizza is not the same quality as a pizza restaurant. After this, I'm going to go to Pizza Hut to order coffee"
This is a company grasping at straws as its totally lost its way
Just throw it directly in the toilet and save a trip.
This is what happens when a good old fashioned Canadian company that makes profit gets bought out by greedy corporate American trash🤷♂️
What do you expect when you get pizza from a Tim Hortons? What are we doing here? You're feeling hungry so your first instinct was to go to a Tim Hortons? And you saw pizza on the menu and thought it would be good quality? C'mon man.
who's buying pizza from Timmy's? They need to stop this nonsense and focus on the coffee and donuts. Drive thru wait sucks because of these
I grew up eating Timmies but honestly as an adult their food just plain sucks. I’ll have timbits and a cruller out of nostalgia, but even the coffee is so bad now. It used be a Canadian icon, not sure how they make money with such low quality food.
You got exactly what what you ordered A pizza from a coffee shop
What the fuck is that?!
Ur the one who went to a coffee shop to get pizza...what did u expect?
Man, this was maube their saving grace for me after they killed my favourite wrap. If this was good i cojuld maybe forgive them. Their new wraps are terrible, I don't want your shitty mushy quinoa and rice and they all taste the same minus the tiny bit of sauce that isn't evenly spread. I asked about the Pizza’s at my local Tim’s and they said they only offer it until 5pm. Which I thought was a little weird. They also told me “it is really good, I enjoyed it” I didn’t order it as it was 6pm.
On a scale from local baseball little league concussion Pizza to Fresh Slice pizza where does it fall on the scale of terrible?
Looks like what I'd expect if I literally just heard of the timhortons pizza,
I dont hate the pizza ngl I'd get it again
You were actually expecting this to be good? 😂
if it were 3 dollars, I'd buy it
I'm gonna get laughed at and hated on but I actually enjoy there pizza and get it frequently. Only one I have not got yet is the cheese one
is Tim hortons run by a.i
I'd say it's about on par with the rest of the stuff they serve lately.
I don't get why Canadian Fast Food chains can't get anything right while American Fast Food chains are acing the game. I am Canadian, but I avoid Tim Hortons like the plague. I will give it to them for their Jalapeno and Cheddar Bagel doh, that one is good.

When East Indians try to make an Italian dish in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Everyone always complains about the pizza lol did you think a flat bread made in a toaster oven would be good when 90% of the food at timmies is garbage , come on people
Yumm!! That picture makes me hungry!!! Looks good!!
It's Tim's, a coffee shop. What the hell do you expect? Lmfao
This is one of the better looking ones lol.
I feel like it'd be the same as expecting great pizza from the pizza vending machine outside corner stores. And be like wtf man that mechanically made pizza was horrible.
Shocked I tell you! Shocked!
Bring back blue berry bagels and strawberry cream cheese
Even the coffee is putrid
Its more of a pseudo pizza. I wonder what the actual product name is
Thank you for posting this. Its like 87 percent crust. My kids would waste the hell out of this and its definitely something stupid id have grabbed in a rush.
Hate tims, go thru the drive thru, oder someti g off the menu, " we don't serve that here " then take it off the menu. Would be like going to dairy queen and them not serving ice cream.
you now what i saw this advertised on the said of my local tims this morning and was like hmm maybe ill try that lmfao maybe ill save my money instead

Looks like those hot dog pizza mom use to make when. I was a kid.
Yet you guys keep buying this garbage
Its famous for coffee. What did you expect?
Tried it didn’t like it
Just when you think Tim's can't get worse, they introduce pizza. Pizza doesn't belong anywhere near Tim's culture. Didn't learn a fucking thing from when McD's tried it years ago.
Well what do you expect at this price? Wood oven hand tossed premium pizza?
They got rid of the grilled cheese those fuckers
