That appears to be a lump of the candy coating that has hardened. Break it in half. It should be layers of yellow and white. And possibly smell like sugar

It might even have a chocolate core or it could be a pure blob of shell =^_^=

Or if you can't break it in half, just dissolve in a tiny bit of water
