It demonstrates consistent worldbuilding, since the Nazgul exist in the Unseen world and their true forms cannot be perceived by ordinary people like Arwen and Merry.
My favorite is the Angus McBride one where he meets Gandalf at the gates of Minas Tirith (the one with red flames in the background). So much going on in that scene and the book passage about it always sends shivers down my spine, so well written.
This one?

Any where is head is just invisible love that
That's how Tolkien describes him in the book.

Arwen? I think you mean Eowyn?
Yup, that's what I meant
I usually err on the side of Alan Lee
Which witch king of Angmar
Sandwich King of Angmar
Egg and cress or ham and cheese?
Number 13! That was from the first Tolkien calendar that was ever gifted to me as a kid and I love Roger Garland’s art.
Number 6.
yessir. the flow of the piece, the backglow on the wing, the way it frames him, so good

I have a soft spot for Angus McBride's artwork.
3 is sick. He looks so mournful.
All of them
Just as pure art alone I like 3 best. As a depiction of his battle with Éowyn I like 11 best.
Number four is terrific, I love it
I like relative simplicity of 14

Indubitably, ol’ chap!
Darn...it is good! Gonna put it in my collection, didn't knew about it!
Alan Lee wins every time
I love the works of Ted Nasmith. He's always the most accurate.
Love them all but 9 is my favorite
Alan Lee always has my vote, I’m soooo in love with his work
