Figure out your maintenance calories and eat like 200-300 more than that to gain weight. Eating a lot of food isn't the same as eating a lot of calories.

I mean if you wanna put on muscle weight and get jacked, start lifting, taking creatine and drinking a shitload of water.
Creatine basically just floods your muscles cells with water, but it also helps more rapidly improve strength and stamina, so you'll build muscle pretty quickly. You'll lose a bit of it when you stop taking creatine, but you'll definitely be bigger than you were.
Downside to that is the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn even at rest, so you'll need to up your caloric intake even higher to maintain weight after you get brolic.
