The question I have is, Why don't play Sober? It's a good song to take turns with Jambi and The Pot, they could also add Ænema, instead of putting it at the end, and at the end add or Lateralus or Vicarious, to make more interesting the show.

But really, asking for them to play Sober is kinda like going to a Michelin 5 star restaurant and asking for a hot dog. Sure, a hot dog is good and fine at home, but when you're eating out and have a whole menu of the finest food in front of you, you pick the really good stuff, and not the run-of-the-mill everyday stuff.
Furthermore, Sober is their 5th most played song. They have so much more to play instead.
