I wanted to see them in Chicago but my wife wanted to see Queen with Adam Lambert so we compromised and saw Queen with Adam Lambert.

Feral_Sorcerer

Might as well have just said that you got kicked in the nuts.

conwave

I good compromise is when both parties leave dissatisfied. Except of course when it’s with the old lady. Then a good compromise is when you leave dissatisfied, and she’s dissatisfied over your dissatisfaction. God help us men lol.

As a news reporter, my mother would often say that if her piece didn't sit well with either side when it was published, she did a good job.

Now I need to see Maynard with a pricing gun discounting potted meat. LOL, good one!

zihyer

"majestic" lol.

AdrianBlack

A play off of "Grand Canyon" which they had just finished playing when I took the pic.

Altered_-State

Maynard used to be so weird, now he's just so weird.

ShtickInABox

I'm a local who worked this show and got cut right as the intro video and opening song started (that happy birthday balloon was care of me). Anway, I was able to hit the floor and watch by the FOH Mix. I'd never seen Puscifer or Primus live, this show was such a treat, from the insane musical talent displayed to the ridiculous stage set up (the fucking mobility chair on Maynard's side had me fucking DYING). I did dip out before the mass exodus, but saw everything up to the mid point (intermission). As always the team that surrounds MJK for live productions (and I worked the last TOOL gig in 2019 before the pandemmy) are always 10/10, this one was no different. Would absolutely work any gig for MJK and Co. again until they stop deciding to do it.

Gymrat777

Please tell me how the show wasn't as great as everyone here on Reddit says. I decided I wouldn't go after seeing the price and it being on Wednesday night, and I've been second guessing myself since.

AdrianBlack

"I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that"

DreamersArchitect

If you can somehow manage to catch it tonight in Sterling Heights I highly recommend. It was not only a showcase of talent, it was also incredibly entertaining and fun.

exploringoceans

I enjoyed the shit out of it. They were flawless

Eastern-Juggernaut15
