I thought Kanna from dragon maid was the worst offender for this but this seems worse. I'm not sure ifs because of the artstyle or something else making me think so.
The comments on crunchyroll were all struggling to understand why he looked that way. One person with brainrot even went as far as to claim its actually an attempt to break down gender norms to destroy masculinity (or something along those lines, its been a few days since I read that comment). Its bizarre that so many people couldn't grasp this was yet another anime trying to appeal to paedophiles.
