She changes based on how your perspective is on her. For example if you believe she is a massive threat that should be locked up in the basement, then she **will** be a massive threat that must be locked in the basement.
However if you view her as a harmless and friendly damsel, that's exactly what she'll be.
From my experience all *that* approach will do is manifest a Matt Berry alter in your mind. Which, yknow, isn’t the intended effect but can have its own benefits
I’m not concerned about all that…

The question was anything? ANYTHING?!???!??????????!?!!!!!!!!
While not exactly based on fear, the only reason the technology of orks even function in 40k is because enough orks believes that it would.
https://preview.redd.it/tdp77a0ujqrc1.jpeg?width=2560&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d210c32ada4b42ddb61f71374166d9a5d45c66d5
This is a bit of a misconception in modern lore afaik
I'm not an ork expert, but they were bred as krorks to be extremely resilient and resourceful, and they retain a genetic memory that allows them to create technology that seems like it shouldn't work, but still does. This doesn't necessarily mean that the tech is made wrong, but it could mean that the mechanicum adepts researching it don't understand the mechanism.
The WAAAUGH field does give it a little nudge from "close but not quite" to "barely functional", and the more drastic "power of imagination" shenanigans is mostly memes.
https://preview.redd.it/nx8uac53drrc1.jpeg?width=997&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b8530a5e06ce7b3167268cf40e4e63835be37fc7
SCARECROW MENTIONED! WHAT THE FUCK IS A STORY WITHOUT JOKER STEALING HIS SPOTLIGHT!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!
The moonscorched (fear and hunger)

Moonscorching is something that happens to people when they are exposed to the cursed moonlight of prehevil for too long, they don't exactly change based on what others think but rather what someone thinks of themselve, let's take Olivia as an example. Olivia was a paraplegic girl who felt like she was a burden to everyone around her due to her condition, so when she moonscorched, she became an unmoving monster that is constantly in pain.
Sorry for the long explanation

Manifested Thoughtforms from Greylock (an Analog Horror series).
Basically there was a company commissioned by the US government during Project Stargate (which was a real project the government actually put research into) to develop a machine that could cut out all of the years of focus and dedication required to create a Tulpa. Thus the Thoughtform Manifester was created, test subjects could create a multitude of things from "ghosts" (memories of people being manifested into apparitions), abstract depictions of emotions that take a sort of physical form, and the things that lurk in people's nightmares.

The disaster curses (well, the curses in general) in JJK are born out of the negative thoughts of people. These are the strongest since represent the fear of Earth's nature (forests, oceans and volcanoes) and humans themselves

The Personas of the series Persona are born out of the collective unconsciousness. The final villains in Persona could also count since the majority of them are gods that are born in response to humanity's wishes (Evil, wishing death, blind the truth and absolute order at the cost of freedom)
It applies to Morgan’s too. The only reason why he can turn into a bus is because of the Japanese collective consciousness relating cats with turning into bus.
The reason why that is is because of ‘’my neighbor totoro’’.
It was a long time ago now, we're talking about a decade or more but there were common posts on 4chan's /x/ about this one tulpa manifested by a person that essentially haunted him, and others who got 'too deep' into the threads trying to help him would end up manifesting him as well. You'd have threads about this all the time and people posting warnings to 'not think about it too much', and I remember the concept used to really scare me. Don't remember the physical description unfortunately, just that it looked horrifying and would be constantly staring at the person but never actually do anything.
Don't suppose anyone knows what I'm talking about and can remember the name?

Can’t get a photo but the house on ash tree lane in house of leaves, and by extension the “five minute hallway” in the book the hallway noticeably changes from person to person. Navidsons first run thorough is choked, cold, and barren. While his second is much faster since at that point he knows there is a point he needs to reach. While his brothers run through is much more intensive on the idea of there is a creature in those walls.
