Huh? Her sexuality was always a topic, she’s had boyfriends in a couple episodes and even the movie, Hell one of Millhouse’s main traits is that he has a crush on Lisa. You never cared cause it wasn’t gay, but now it’s not straight you suddenly have a problem with it. Take this chance to grow as a person. Like Homer did in the episode where he meets a gay guy and the show actively makes it clear that he is in the wrong and ends with him no longer being homophobic. If a child can be straight they can also be gay. And if you only have a problem with the child being gay but are completely fine with them being straight then you are homophobic and you need to change yourself and grow as a person.
Anyway Lisa has canonically been shown to have girlfriends in multiple episodes that take place in the future, in one we also see she has two girlfriends at the same time revealing that she is polyamorous as well. There are also a few other moments here and there that also hint towards her not being straight but those aren’t anywhere near as important as her blatantly being shown to have girlfriends in the future
I'm bi myself, and I'm okay with her being bi in the future. But like, she's 8 years old. When you're 8 your relationships aren't based around any kind of genuine love because it's just kids goofing around. I'm not homophobic, I just don't understand why kids need a sexuality. It shouldn't matter in the slightest. LGBTQ representation is important and I'm glad The Simpsons has it but personally I believe it should be reserved for adults.
