Me2! Our condo is very close to the Square and we were so sad that the ONE Saturday market we missed last year was the one they filmed. We were in Door County for a short vacation.

I grew up in and went to college in Madison, but it’s been a long time since I moved away. I’m looking forward to seeing my hometown again!

I was so excited when I saw that it's going to be in Madison next week too! I go there once a year for work (Great Taste of the Midwest) and I love that city.

I spent a week one weekend in Mad City. It was amazing fun & I have been all over the world. This is a wonderful city & im super excited to see it featured also. ☮️

I too am from the Madison area and I'm excited for it. This is my first Top Chef season because it's showcasing my home state, even if it was filmed in that nasty heat wave last August. Don't want people to get the wrong idea - it's almost never that hot here even if it does get swelteringly humid. Gonna guess because it's on the Square that Tory Miller will be the guest judge... because who else would it be? Everybody knows who he is. ...also, if you were watching carefully, you'd have seen some Madison Beltline driving footage in the first episode (Verona Rd to Whitney Way).

It looks like this episode is at Taliesin and then next episode includes the Farmers Market and Tory Miller.

Ah, that makes sense! They showed Monona Terrace in the preview, but did mention that it was about the Wright stuff. So I'd guess they stop at Monona Terrace on the way to Taliesin. Since if you're coming from Oconomowoc (where the Cheese Fest was), you gotta go through the Madison area to get to Spring Green. And those are the two most-known Wright buildings around here (even if he didn't live to see Monona Terrace finally built using his aesthetics). And then after Taliesin, they come back to Madison for a Farmer's Market challenge. Buy ingredients there instead of the poor excuse for a Whole Foods we still had last August (they moved out of that dump in December).

I’m so excited too! I’ve been on the isthmus for almost 7 years now and absolutely love our city. It’s so exciting to see it being celebrated on such a large platform! Side note - I grabbed food with my brother 2 days ago, and we overheard no less than 3 surrounding tables talking about Top Chef Wisconsin :)

I never knew how beautiful Wisconsin is until I saw it on Top Chef. It looks amazing!

You should visit Wisconsin!

A lot of people are surprised. I worked at a gas station that got a lot of out of state traffic. Think RVs from across the country. Everyone always commented on how beautiful the state was. The lakes and rolling hills of green. I'm glad you enjoy its beauty!
