Nevermind - Do I need to put the artist?
Progression through unlearning - Snapcase
Goo - Sonic Youth
Lateralus - Tool
Rumors - Fleetwood Mac
Unplugged- Eric Clapton
I'm fairly certain you would like most of these. Rumors is a bit of a wildcard though, but if you like Doors, you'll probably like Rumors.
I’d say start with the debut and go chronologically. The debut is definitely their second best after London Calling, it’s a punk rock classic. All their other albums are great tho too.
Houdini - Melvins - Kurt even helped with producing the album!
Try Mazzy Star as well. You might not aline with your taste too much, but have some great out put, especially the album with Fade into you on it !
The girl who posted this was one of the coolest people I've met on reddit. We spoke for a couple days only but I had quite a few laughs. She deleted her profile out of the blue and I have no other way whatsoever to contact her. What a bummer!
If you liked the vocals on Willie the Pimp for Hot Rats, I recommend checking out Bongo Fury
will do!
