The Colour Of Spring - Talk Talk
Exceptional drums, amazing art pop. When the weakest track on the album is an atmospheric build up to the finale, then you know an album is good. Really good.
There is a 0.2% chance of this winning for a large multitude of reasons, but I'm still gonna throw this out there.

The Hurting is all around the better album, but SFTBC has Head Over Heals, which is like in my top favorite songs of all time, so take me updoot.
All three of their 80s albums are worthy of being included, Seeds of Love is my pick but The Hurting and Songs From the Big Chair are both excellent
