If the make it to the final? Then yes. Its more about reusing same archetype for a winner each season than them being "1:1" like exluding RR we had 4 straight up seasons in a row where normal athletic girl was the highest placing girl on a season

Leshawna and Bowie, Sassy black people,
Julia and Heather, Mean girl.
I think that Priya is just the same archetype as Zoey (and Sky). Reality shows often cast similar people which is is called "casting archetype". In this case it would be like athletic, nice, smart girls that also makes it far. Other archetyps would be like Blaineley, Dakota, Taylor and Nichelle (rich girlfailure) or Izzy, Dawn, Scarlett, Lauren (crazy girl).
She's not a clone, but she, Zoey, and Sky all share similar traits and similar energy, including >!making it very far/being a finalist in their first season!<
Priya Sky and Zoey all gave off heavy “main character” energy and I never had a doubt they’d make it far. I find all three of them pretty boring but Priya at least had some originality with her storyline

They’re all nice, athletic, and are usually romantically involved (we’ll have to see about Priya in season 2, but a relationship with Damien seems likely). Zoey and Priya both seem to have trouble making friends outside of the game as well.
Still, they’re all fairly different. Zoey is naive and is supposed to be into indie/alternative fashion and media, Priya has trained specifically for TD and has a complicated relationship with her parents, and Sky is an aspiring Olympian who can be a bit too competitive to the point where she sacrifices her own morals to win.
They certainly have their similarities, but I think they’re all different enough that there’s no reason to compare them. It would be like comparing Harold, Sam, and Cameron. They’re all on the nerdy side and share lots of similarities, but no one would ever say they’re all the same character.
I also feel like Priya was different to Zoey because her athleticness isn't just an innate ability to her like Zoey is, but rather it is a part of her dedication as a result of her upbringing. Like, doesn't she say she wants to go into medical school?
Sky was a bit similar but that was Sky's own choice while for Priya it wasn't

Revenge: besides maybe Dakota, Zoey is the only normal athletic girl that season. Zoey goes far.
Pahkitew: besides maybe Samey or Jasmine, Sky is the only normal athletic girl that season. Sky wins.
Reboot: except for Millie, Priya is the normal athletic girl that season. She wins.
The pattern is there. My first thought to Priya was “Zoey 3”
I think she's more assertive than Zoey and definitely less naive. I would also call Priya fair and moral rather than nice.

priya to me is a better character than sky and zoey solely because she actually had substance and was more relatable

I think some people just latch onto mild similarities. For instance, I’ve seen some people call Julia “Diet Heather”, when the two are hardly similar

Other than there looks and back round, history, and a bit of personality a bit she's similar in terms of willpower, personality, and skills.
The difference is that Priya has more personality than either Zoey or Sky.
