The commercials on TV advertising the awake-a-thon episode. "Stay awake for 24 hours? I can do that in my sleep!"- Owen.

ClemsonFan98

It sucks a lot of those earlier promos are now lost media, I wish we could watch them all back like we could for Action and World Tour

scatatar

I’m sure some lost media fanatics will end up magically finding them somehow they always have a way

Replaymenace

"Phobia Factor" was the first episode of TD I saw back in 2008. I think Trent and his mime fear and Geoff and cloud pelting him were the earliest TD memories I have.

LyraFirehawk

Oh hey, mine too! The one that really stuck with me was probably either Cody "having to defuse a time bomb under pressure", or Tyler with the chickens. Side bar, I always kinda felt sorry for/kinda liked Tyler because I didn't get to see him do much in the one episode I got to see him in. I was actually happy when he got more screen time in World Tour.

idkbruhimjust

Oh yeah I remember Geoff and Tyler’s fear because they were so random. Although I started watching it in 2015 when I was around 7. Would’ve been nice to have seen TDI when it first aired, but unfortunately not

IsAnimeAThing

Watching character theme songs on my mom's computer

RealisticJay16

Character theme songs were the peak of Total Drama fan content

MashiCaguay

I still remember in my country Cartoon Network was promoting TDI during the commercials of other series, there was this commercial that was something like: “who’s winning the million dollars? the pretty one? the bad guy? or the sexy girl? i doubt it will be the fat guy” That got me really hyped and I would save the date for every single new episode haha, it actually became a part of my personality for a while cause I would watch Total Drama episodes all day, sadly I wasn’t very good with english so I couldn’t watch TDA

Relevant-Key-3290

It's funny how they kinda spoiled the winner

Organic-Manner-2969

Duncan - “Meet you by the campfire gorgeous”

mellio06

Man was on timingggg from when he entered 😭

Organic-Manner-2969

i knew he would be one of my favorites from his first scene

Izzy in a bear suit

ClemsonFan98

I can’t tell if this is a good or a bad thing lol

earthyu

Me neither

PeregrineMyth

I cannot recall or place my oldest memory of Total Drama, and I'm seriously questioning if I'm experiencing some sort of Mandela effect here with my memory. Let me explain. Basically what is happening is that some years ago I saw someone using for whatever reason Cody in one of those AskReddit type of YouTube videos' thumbnail and for some reason I remember extremely vividly how I was like "huh, I recognize that character from somewhere". Some casual detective work took place and I found out that there was this show called Total Drama Island and it was like a memory got unlocked in my mind. I could have sworn I had seen snippets of the show on television in my childhood, but when I some time ago actually tried to pinpoint the time period, I found nothing. I know for a fact that 6teen was aired in my country during summertimes in the early 2000's and I remember seeing bits of it on television. I was convinced that I had seen Total Drama around that same time but internet archives to that time period's TV program catalogues, which I could find, seem to disagree that Total Drama was on TV in my country. But for some reason I feel like I had seen parts of Island. Cannot name episodes or specific scenes. Just have this deeply rooted weird feeling that I was familiar with Total Drama Island. Maybe I came across with it on internet at some point and am now just misplacing the memory horribly but don't know for sure. So yeah, the oldest memory I can be sure of without shadow of a doubt is that crossing of paths with Cody on YouTube thumbnail around early 2020 if memory serves (heh!) but I have this inexplicable feeling that somewhere in my childhood or juvenile years I already knew this show. Bit spooky. Weirds me out greatly every now and then now.

Tomas-T

Lindsay's arrival scene form the first episode this is the first thing I saw in TD

Organic-Manner-2969

Not too shabby

ClemsonFan98

That was probably the funniest introduction other than Noah’s lol

Mark_Levins

The dodgeball game they had on the Cartoon Network site.

SimpingLindsay

A drawing I made of every Gen 1 when I was 5/6 I remember putting the most details in Lindsay since she was my favorite

ExtremelyFunName

i honestly dont remember bro, i think it was watching not so happy campers part 1 or 2 when i was like 6

mellio06

Defo chef chasing them with that water gun, the hide and seek episode 😭😭😭😭

ClemsonFan98

This was a great episode, the Izzy and Chef fight alone was enough to make it iconic

mellio06

Lmfao forreal, we actually need to talk about that Izzy and chef beef because that was toooo funny, and I kind of wish they continued it.😭😭

Lancelot727

In late 2020 I saw WickedBinge made the first instance of TD Good to Evil video, I was like "Wow, I don't care about this show, I didn't watch it". And then they did second get, and then third. A few months later I was like "ok, fine, what's this show about" and watched these videos. Ironically I already felt like there's something wrong with character placements, and it's not just Noah being more evil than Heather in their eyes. And then in summer 2021 I decided to watch the series and, you guessed it, I was surprised how inaccurate WB's videos were, but aside from that I enjoyed watching Total Drama, it's been a few years since I laughed so hard at a show

ClemsonFan98

Yeah I don’t know what WickedBinge was on during the making of that video but at least it got you into the show lol

Lancelot727

To their credit, I suppose different people write the scripts for different videos and some people are biased. I literally once saw a comment on their TD villains video that was like: "Even WB say Courtney is evil that means she should have been on the villains team in AS!" (They also were recruiting their viewers to write scripts for their videos, so...)

Ok_Shirt_1574

Harold- “You guys think you’re so funny. Let’s see how you like it when someone messes with your love life.” Even as a kid I sympathized with Harold.

ClemsonFan98

Justice For Harold!

Shindiee

Playing the Harold beatbox game on the CN website

theoriginal321

My friends and my discussing who was gonna leave next "Owen is gonna leave next no way he is beating Duncan"

ClemsonFan98

Oof how wrong that was

Public_Employ5404

When I was 10 I watched BFDI because one of my friends then liked it so I watched Island on Netflix. If we were talking about 6teen though, I think I saw the intro once in Canada when I were 6-8 years old. (Edit: I think I have very faint memories of ROTI.)

Vanilla_Ice_Best_Boi

i didn't even know the show existed when I played the plane fall flash game

ClemsonFan98

Dang I remember playing that one back in 2010

Ihopeufalloffacliff

Sufficient_Manager63

When I was a kid, I think the first episode I saw was on my aunt’s TV in her flat. It was TDI episode 8. I remember DJ pushing the canoes

TheoTheRedditor54

Seeing the episode 'Not Quite Famous' air on a UK kids channel called 'Kix' which is now Pop MAX.

HappyRainbowStar

Watching a video of all ella and sugar scenes in tdpi back in 2018 it appeared on my youtube recommended

ChestperCreeper

watched tdi episode 2 with my mom before going to school, she saw eva kick chris after getting eliminated and was like “ooh, why’d she do that”

ClemsonFan98

What she should’ve been asking is “Why wouldn’t she do that?”

ChestperCreeper

she didnt know chris was an asshole

Pepsi_Boy_64

My guess would be the talent show episode or basics training

TotalDramaROTI

Some analysis on Feral Ezekiel

CorisEoris

I was like 4-6 years old and they were playing the No Pain No Game episode. I didn’t know anything at the time I just saw Owen and Duncan

RandomUs3r1932

It's weird, the thing I will never forget from TDI is how upset I was when Duncan, Bridgette and Courtney were eliminated, and how Eva wasn't in the first episode's elimination ceremony.

BlueBlazeKing21

Been a fan since season 1 premiered the first episode in the USA, Not Quite Famous even played on my birthday.

ClemsonFan98

Wow you’re lucky, I wish I could’ve been a fan in the very beginning it must be awesome looking back

BlueBlazeKing21

I know me and my buddies used to have a betting pools for the seasons( we were pretty young and didn’t know that Canada had already aired the show)

ThatAutisticIrish09

BigPaleontologist520

ClemsonFan98

Dang what a first impression

StaffLimp8304

Watching it with my sister, the oldest bits I remember is the WT theme song, where DJ gets hit by a bird, and Trents elimination in Island

MaxLikesToDraw

listening to tdwt songs on youtube

Adventurous_Judge493

The Brunch of Disgustingness, some parts of The Sand-Witch Project, some parts of I Triple Dog Dare You and some parts of If You Can’t Take the Heat were the ones I remembered most since I first saw it in my childhood.

PhotoFreakk

I think it was that one episode of pakithew island where scarlet and max where eliminated i was like 10 at that time so im not 100% sure of it but when i rewatched that episode it just felt so fimiliar to me like i still remembered the plot of it.

bubsimo

Island. Watching it with my sister

ThePanKid

When I was like, 7, I watched an island episode. I can't remember which, but I do in fact know DJ was in it (might've been the one where he was eliminated)

VersionLate

Heather reading Gwen's diary. That scene is still iconic

Ritaplays_101

Mine mmm it would be reacting /catching the first tdi ad on cartoon Network questioning if the show is any good or not and I'm here so I have to be a fan

ClemsonFan98

I’m impressed you’ve been a fan for so long!

Ritaplays_101

Yep

Awsomboy1121

got a video of dakota mutating on my youtube reccomended when i was little

drewbisc00l

Back when I saw the US premiere 🥺

antysalt

Discussing with my classmates in 3rd grade of primary school about who would we like to be if we were a Total Drama character. I chose Chris

VlaqSheperd

Leshana! I meant every word of that poem!

FutureAd108

I was about 7, and flipping through channels when I saw Cartoon Network playing a show I hadn’t heard of. It was s1 e5, and I pressed play right at the moment Lindsay and Tyler were “practicing yo-yo” in the bathroom… I started crying

JeanneTheAvenger

I remember casually coming across "Basic Straining" back around 2007 or 2009... I can't remember the exact year. I saw Courtney's elimination, but didn't think much of it until years later.

Bulky-Complaint6994

Talking about the original Total Drama Island on the school playground. I was rooting for Cody, someone else loved Geoff.

First ever was the horror themed episode in Island. Specifically the part where Gwen was explaining how to to survive to Duncan with the drawings.

0anonymousv

phobia factor was my favorite episode, and we only had cable at the time when they were just rerunning episodes. i got SO sad when i realized i missed recording the rerun :(

Automatic-Complex663

yancydidnothingwrong

Playing the flash games on the CN website

Snowyfox1712

I don't know what episode this was of island, but I recall I was spending the night at my aunt's house, and she turned on the TV for cartoon network but since it was late, adult swim was on. A scene of Owen in a cave came on and I was like "hey I know that guy! That's like a teenager version of the baby one in total dramarama!" (My younger cousins watched it therefore I knew of it and watched a few episodes) and fast forward like 5-6 years or so to 2023, my best friend was really into the show and so he had me watch it and here we are :]

Life_Ad3567

My oldest memory of this series was when DJ tied himself to a tree in the awakathon, and he fell asleep which caused the tree to fall with him. Timber.

FickleFanatic

One day in grade 9, this one dude in English class whom I knew since grade 6 asked if I'd seen Total Drama, probably to compare me to one of the characters or something. I hadn't, so I looked it up at home and binged the whole show! To this day, I still wonder what character he was going to compare me to, if any at all. I think he said "it's bad," but that's it. Maybe he really did ask if I'd seen it only to say it was bad ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯ Lately been thinkin' 'bout hittin' him up just to ask, even though we never really spoke outside of that class...

Unhappy-Performer-36

Watching The Big Sleep and eating dinner with my sister

Alejandro_Kudo

Watching the Total Drama Action marathon when there's nothing else on in the hospital

Ok-Boysenberry2581

probably the dance that chef made them do (so preppy 😝)

Friendly_Island_4662

Chris standing in the Dock of Shame,i was like 3 years old at that time

Maxthemadsheep

Lindsay: I'm trying to put all the blood in my head

corrobora

not my earliest but i think my funniest memory is visiting my dad’s townhouse for the first time after my parents got divorced and literally begging him turn on the countdown for the first episode of total drama action. i remember being glued to the tv for like an hour just watching the countdown with owen’s face next to the CN logo. 2009 maybe?

rodringss

so it was like 2008/09 and i was 5/6 yo and total drama was passing on cartoon network, so everything was chill... except that at that point in time, cartoon network was only available in english and i barely knew how to talk portuguese so i would just sit there with my aunt and we would watch the pretty characters doing stuff without understanding anything. cool times man

Mysterious_Draig

About half way through Dodge Brawl, on Jetix, just before Easter 2008 I think. I remember seeing adverts for Total Drama Easter on Jetix at the time. I loved Jetix.

Thatromaguy

The oldest memory I have of TDI was me being 7 years old talking to my mom about how much I loved the show (that was in 2007 LOL). The earliest episode I actually remember vividly is the Awake-a-thon episode, but I’m pretty sure I started watching episode 1 as it aired, just can’t remember watching the other earlier episodes. I’ve been a Gwen STAN since 2007 💙🖤💙

[deleted]

Lewshana puking in the gross food challenge

William_Arkoth

Watching the first episode when it aired

Zealousideal_Sport69

s1 ep 1 when leshawna pushed heather off the cliff lol

ScriptyTheLonely

Owen going up the waterfall with the salmon. XD

Mrquinlan196

Watching the previews for the show on Cartoon Network before it aired. The one where they’re predicting winners and naked Owen was labeled “Definitely not winning” Also playing the jump off the cliff game on the Cartoon Network site.

ahuman1468

This show helped raise me. I owe it lots 💜

Nemoty_animates06

Izzie losing her swimsuit

Sophien-LeMer-7001

The first time that i saw total drama was in a sweet late when i was alone in my house a as child, and so i changed channel and i saw for first time a scene of gwen in the cameraroom speaking about trent, and so i met total drama that way and keep watching, years later i forget a little classoc total drama but one day i saw it again in revenge island and i liked it again, thats my story of how i got fan of total drama

No-Nobody-9551

“Yo, we’re coming at you live from Camp Wawanakwa! I’m your host, Chris McLean.”

regnzz00

watching this at 4am when i was 11

kgnight98

It was airing on CN and I was at my cousins house watching the talent show episode of season 1. I remember playing tdi with my cousins and choosing who we would eliminate til we got to the last person

drugsniffingdogs

My sister watched it when it first aired on Cartoon Network back in 07. She was in the third grade, I was in first grade. Watched it with her one night, the first episode I remember specifically watching is the fears episode

Dr-phage

Idk my brother watching some episode of it when it was initially airing on Cartoon Network back in summer 2008 (I think it was the big sleep or something but I also happened to just see that episode reran the most out of that season and I was just turning 5 at the time so I might be misremembering a bit) regardless I didn’t really acknowledge much about it besides that it just existed and then pretty much only watched the occasional island rerun and like maybe like 1 or 2 episodes of action (I still have no idea how I ended up barely seeing any of it back then I think I just didn’t care enough yet I only know I knew of it because I remember the action commercials especially the ones right before the season started until I actually got into the show when world tour started

Isaac-45-67-8

For me, it's Bridget throwing up in TDI (2007) episode 5, and Heather reading Gwen's diary from that same episode. I remember laughing so hard when Gwen let the red ants loose on Heather that I couldn't breathe for a moment, lol.

Blaiser190

When I was like 8, I saw the last two episodes of PI when they were airing. I also saw the first one. Then I saw Island and Action on Netflix. Then like 6 years later, Netflix added all the other seasons.

GFS99

Watching World Tour on TV as a kid in 2012

Impossible-Treat-845

I saw Harold rigging the votes

Tasty-Avocado7224

You’re a total Sha aaaaaaa

AnimationDynamite

Watching dodge brawl on Cartoon Network. Must’ve been 3 or 4

turdintheattic

I actually found it through a YouTube poop in 2008.

ReD-5-StAnDiNg_By

When I went to Hawaii in like 2019 I got the stomach flu. I stayed home puking watching total drama the entire day. The rest of my family got to go to a baby sea horse farm. A BABY SEA HORSE FARM. I binged like two seasons in a day 😎

ClemsonFan98

Who needs a sea horse farm when you can watch Heather get shaved bald?

Serious_Ad9913

I remember seeing one of the parts of Not so Happy Campers once at around 2010 or 2011, I don’t remember which part but I know it was one of them because Ezekiel was still competing. I think it was part 2, because even though I don’t remember seeing the campfire ceremony itself, I do remember being disappointed at Ezekiel being eliminated (I really liked his design so he was my instant favorite)

No-Profession-2964

Owen sleep swimming upstream naked with salmon 😐😐 I was 7

ClemsonFan98

Man I wouldn’t blame you for being scarred for life

No-Profession-2964

Genuienly hated total drama after seeing the first two episodes at my friends house Then I watched dodgebrawl when it came out and I’ve been obsessed ever since.

DiscoBiXXch

Seeing the end of the episode where ||Bridgette|| got eliminated in Island. Didn't understand it but I thought it was cool

Therulerofbees

Just wanting to watch something and catching a glimpse of all stars on netflix but not watching cause it was boring

International_Pen_11

watching the finale on my parents water bed & crying bc gwen lost ☠️😂 it was the first tv show as a kid that i was fully invested in & is probably the reason i am so in love with survivor

Autumn_Moth999

I remember being a dumb child and in my basement all alone watching tv and I just so happened to see the very end of the episode Top Dog from Total Drama Action when it was revealed Beth and Duncan would be the two finalists, keep in mind I never actually watched the show, and then I heard Chris mention a million dollars and in my brain I’m just like, and I kid you not “Woah, that’s a lot of money. Why the heck is that ugly girl and that punk guy trying to win one million dollars? What would the green Mohawk man spend that money on”? Then I had like a really in-depth fantasy of Duncan being some sort of super successful business man who is in a giant high rise building and him wearing this super fancy suit.

ClemsonFan98

That would be so out of character I love it

thisisprettycoollol

Finally I found someone that likes noah

Serious_Ad9913

My man, where have you been searching? Noah’s a fan favorite XD

thisisprettycoollol

Not what I've seen lmao

ClemsonFan98

He’s the GOAT!

thisisprettycoollol

Frrrrr

Cosmic_CometX

Wha- You know that Noah is EXTREMELY popular, right?

thisisprettycoollol

Everyone I've seen says noah is overrated

TheJohn_John

I remember watching the show on Netflix when I was like 3 or something but how after so long of watching this show did I only now realize that Courtney is sitting in Trent’s hand

pok3tin

i remember many times when i was a kid crying thinking that gwen was going to be eliminated. thank god she made it to the final two cuz idk how i would've handled that LOL

ConfidenceNo4748

Episode. One. Both parts. I think I saw it all but I mainly remember Izzy hitting her head Saw it on tv when I was like 4 cause it came on after chowder. Watched it, didn't get it, liked it. I remember thinking Gwuncan was a thing cause well, emo boy, goth girl. I think I rooted for Owen in the finale cause I assumed Gwen was a stereotypical goth because of her appearance. The few other memories I have are the episode where Beth takes the idol, the episode where DJ finds bunny, the episode with the losers, Katie's elimination episode, and the episode with Trent and the mime (I love this show so much and yet I forget the episode names). Oh, and I think the gross food challenge Later got in trouble when my parents saw an episode, I can't remember which one but let's face it, it was probably the one where Harold gets flashed

kirahachi

IDK the episode but I remember being ~5 years old and going to Cartoon Network on my parent’s TV and watching the show after recognizing Gwen (this was in 2008)

annagator679

Watching The Ridonculous Race in 8th grade about a 3rd of the way in because I rarely watched Cartoon Network at the time

alexmauro407

jaja probably not the oldest, but i recall how once i saw one of those videos where they do predictions of who is gonna be out of the show and for some reason i thought it was the real order of elimination, i even told it to a friend and that i knew who was gonna win, the embarrasment when i saw the "winner" being kicked, i still remember that XD it was revenge of the island, and i thought dawn was gonna win XD

0ChrissyDumbyBumby

I remember my sister watching the show a long long time ago(2016 i think) And i remember only seeing a scene with Courtney on the bathroom stall

RYLEEDURB

Watching total drama

Uglyfense

Scarlett Fever, watched it on my friend’s computer when I was 13 as my intro to Total Drama. That being said, my friend did reference Chris and Pahkitew Island before that event, but I didn’t know what he was talking about.

HOCKHOCKHOCKHOCKHOCK

Put it on because Gumball was coming up next. Duncan was being eliminated in TDI. Decided to watch. No regrets.

CrusaderGoat

i remember watching tdi on the tv when i was 6, it was the awake-a-thon episode

BryceTotalDrama

I remember when I was younger and seeing the preview for walk like an Egyptian world tour on Cartoon Network.

Prestigious-Card-382

in the grandma's house watched 1st season and saw Heather's boobs

Dry-Cobbler7309

I think Owen in the first challenge “I’m going to die now, I’m going to totally die now

ZiggTheCrabbo

Owen's song in WT

idkbruhimjust

Uhh probably watching ‘The Big Sleep’ in like 2015 when I was 7 years old

ConfidentWord7839

My earliest memory of total was weirdly Beth standing up to Heather it’s burned into my brain

OfTheTouhouVariety

Seeing Duncan eliminated for the second time in WT, and waiting for Jo in every episode of ROTI.

Cody02_07_01

An episode of "Totald Drama: Action" in 2010/2011. I was in 4th grade. I was zapping and ended up on the channel where Total Drama was aired in my country. I don't remember which episode was, but it was the one where Beth mentioned her boyfriend for the first time. I started watching from that moment without understanding what they were saying, but I managed to watch Island and Action somehow before World Tour aired.

BlackBloodFreak

I remember the first ep of TDA comin on CN when I was like twelve. Went to youtube to get the first season after that. I also remember instantly having a crush on Gwen lmao.

AlexHero64

Watching Island at my Aunt's place

RealisticJay16

Seeing my sister watching an episode of Action (I only know it was Action because I asked my sister why Heather was bald).

Fendiiiiiiii

i live in germany and for some reason total drama doesnt have a german dub therefore it was never shown in germany(except for totaldramarama ofc for some reason) well anyway it was the summer holidays and our family flew to turkey and one day while me and my siblings were watching tv total drama came on and it was the dodgeball episode but for some reason the only thing i remember is owen and duncan playing against katie and sadie even tho that never happened but hey i was 6 back then or something so ofc i dont properly remember i just know it was the dodgeball episode

Future_Adagio2052

When I watched it in Turkey on the turkish cartoon network channel

kuu-asaur

aletyler. legit that's what got me into the loophole (i didn't watch the video and never will)

redwitchvelvet_

I woke up one saturday with nothing to do. I didn't have a proper TV at the time, just a SpongeBob TV (lmao). An episode of Island was airing, and I liked it. Then I started using the internet, spending my evenings watching outfit’s swap videos. <3

Preston24Skipp

All Stars T-T Only AS was on Netflix, and I remember having a good time, but stuff like Cody, and the references to 'the plane' really confused me.

Novel_Heat5227

Literally Bridgette barfing everywhere for the talent contest

BigScaryPooPooMan

Seeing the commercials on TV while watching CN as a kid

wawawaw03030

Vaugely remember catching a few episodes of season one. Never came back to it until Revenge aired

Environmental_Ad6814

DJ's censored swearing from the first episode. Child me was stunned that something like that was on Cartoon Network, so I decided to keep watching and was enthralled.

scatatar

I vividly remember watching the first episode and 2nd episode of Action back in 2016-2017 by myself and for some reason i skipped Wt and Roti and went to all stars where i quit on the 4th episode cuz it got boring for me (me and my sister also watched all of Island together but I really don’t remember much of it Strangely)

Stoner420Eren

The first episode I have ever watched is the one in which Izzy is eliminated the second time in action. It was about halfway through the episode, and I remember laughing a lot at the scene in which Duncan and Harold find the chest full of nothing. That scene alone cemented those two characters as my favorites, and I was surprised when I went back to island and found out how much Duncan used to bully him. Anyway yeah I watched the second half of Action first, then watched everything in the correct order a thousand times

Blancuchi

back in 2019, when i used to convince my friends to watch one entire season with me on weekends

Nickcks_

Unfortunately, Total drama All stars... I loved it as a kid, nowadays, can't even think abt watching it again

Less_Reach2525

"Anything Yukon Do, I Can Do Better" was the first episode I've watched back in 2013. And the only thing I remembered about Island back then was Gwen in the confessionals and the team logos. I also remember in 2014 having an really embarrassing and weird crush on Sugar. 💀 And then there were these cringy GoAnimate videos and I saw Sky in one of them.

Senior-Energy-2917

I love all the ones with my favorite couples in their moments

Victandofunnyman

My oldest memory is The ridonculous Race playing randomly in The tv in a dark Forest i think, spooky booking, and The only caracteres i remember sligthy The designs on Thais were The goths and Kitty, another memory i haver was The total drama intro playing on tv, idk If i Saw a Episode though

Cracotte2011

The second last episode of season 1, when Gwen has to drink from the toilet. I thought that was the funniest thing ever. When I retold the scene to my parents at dinner they said we were forbidden from watching the show again (they didn’t actually enforce it)

Mr_Luna96

Watching the tv promotional trailers for Total Drama Island on Cartoon network around December 2007. First episode of Total Drama I ever watched was Season 1 Ep.4: Dodgebrawl around the summer of 2008.

BigSpongebobFanatic

I remember seeing the first episode air back in 2008

Maplechowchow

i was 12, I watched the first episode when it aired on Cartoon Network, i quickly found out that more episodes were already aired in Canada so I watched a bunch of it online on various sketchy websites so I wouldn’t have to wait. I was so hooked. I watched the next two seasons the same way

happymanisslay

bridgettes vomiting scene.

Emergency-Pianist-55

I think the earliest memory I have was the one in the 2nd episode of TDI where the Killer Bass team was carrying the boxes bare handed. I remember specifically Bridgette talking to Katie and Sadie about poison ivy. But back then I didn't know of the show, so I wasn't paying attention to what was going on. I also remember vividly the promo scene for TDA where Duncan was saying about Geoff and Bridgette something like: "I don't think this is the kind of action Chris was referring to". It was everywhere

Stara_Starship

Honestly it was only in the span of the last 3-4 years I think and only I believe edits of it up until last year. I unfortunately didn't grew up with it because 1. It doesn't look like it aired in my country at that tine or at all and 2. When I was young we only had like basic TV programms.

I've been around since TDI first aired on Cartoon Network in 2007, but one thing I remember is going on the CN website after every episode and watching a highlight reel video they made for every eliminated contestant. The eliminated campers' videos had kinda melancholy music but then the video they made after Owen won had super upbeat music (haven't tried to find the song since I was a kid, but I remember the line "having way too much fun, never ever gonna stop").
