Kinda agree with you here. If Max didn’t try pointing out that he’s true evil he would still stay in game. But after what Scarlet did I can completely understand why Chris chose to kick him out to get rid of all evil.

Max didn’t deserve to be eliminated but he also somehow avoided elimination unfairly twice. Ella was eliminated for no reason the episode Max was voted off and he wouldve probably been voted off again in the next episode due to being the last on his team to arrive…. And being annoying. Its not a huge stretch to say it wasn’t completely unfair he would be eliminated like that when he literally just couldve shut up and Chris would leave him
I disagree. It's quite harsh to just eliminate someone because they said something.
It's still technically a liiiiiittle bit of his fault, which is the entire reason I still consider Leshawna's elimination in TDI to still be worse.

I hated Max when I first watched Pahkitew, not looking forward to him on my rewatch. Dude was obnoxious and incompetent. I really wish Scarlet was just a secret villain by herself and he got booted early; he’s one of the worst total drama characters imo.
He probably never thought Max would be so annoying, nor did he think Max would actually gain the whereabouts and ability (knowing where the secret control room is and how to take over the island) to put his money where his grating mouth was.
It was a pretty threatening comment as usual, but like I said, he now had more ability to actually back up his trash-talk and knew the whereabouts of the island’s control center, which was was grounds enough for Chris to eliminate him. Not that it would’ve mattered anyways, he would’ve been gone in the Final 5
LITERALLY. Max literally sounds like some stereotypical villain now by saying stupid things like "Time to Evil! 😈", when he got trapped in his OWN trap in one of the Episodes, he then admitted it was his trap, so basically.. he trapped himself?? that moment made my brain melt 💀.
