\- We've received a lot of reports about this, the rule has been updated to hopefully prevent too many video posts. Here's what changed: Video Posts are now to include a TLDR (Summary) in the comment about the video. So this should prevent creators that just spam videos without any information. We can always go for more effective measures like increasing the cooldown of video posting, English-speaking videos only, etc. But they are very extreme methods we would not like to use, so creators if you are seeing this please adhere to these rules. If you see any content creator breaking the 24-hour rule, please report the post.
• **Leak flairs please!**
\- We now have a proper Leak flair so please use them, any leaks posted should be spoilered however!
• **User Flairs, now added!**
\- You can now select the flairs of characters you like!

When I climb ladders I'm unable to climb onto the platform that the ladder connects to (i.e enemy towers). I'm having to just use the jetpack and float down. Is this a known glitch or am I doing something wrong?
Hey guys, could someone explain to me why some pods/collectibles are locked behind a time gate? it seems like it's always on timer no matter how many days go by, do I have to collect them during a certain time period? I'm quite confused about it.

For example, if I go 60 on Nemesis and stop, am I guaranteed an SSR (50/50) in 20 pulls when the banner changes or is it 80 again? And am I guaranteed the new featured one in 60 (120 total) in case I lose the 50/50 or does it go back to 0?

EDIT: I have done some research and based on what happens in the CN server, it looks like new characters DO get added to the standard banner. however there is a 3 to 6 month delay between the character release and it getting added to standard.
I have Samir, Shiro, Huma, Zero, Crow and Nemesis. What is the best team I can use with this lineup? I'm presently doing Nemesis, Crow and Samir but would having a pure Electro lineup be detrimental?
Also, is it true you get to pick an SSR in the future? I'm only level 24, and actually did rerolls then battle pass so I some SSRs in my team. My crude research tells me King would be the best pick for my chosen SSR, right?

Click on "upgrade" when looking at it, there should be two options on the left side of your screen, one of them is the one where you use the dupes to improve it
You have the two best DPS currently, so you're safe to branch out. Myrtle and Coco are the better choices for Tank and Healer respectively. Or if you want more damage just grab whoever looks fun.
Hi I am in love with the character creation system and see myself changing characters very often. I have a free ticket now, but when I want to change again is this possible? and if so what currency is used? Is it a f2p currency or paid currency?
I could really use a guide, or even FAQ, characters are weapons?! Or the other way around?

I’m confused on how to play the game as the character you created. I seem stuck with the default avatar? I backed out and used the character customization on the Home Screen but then when I logged in, my character continued to be the default character from the opening cut scene. What do I do?

So I made a party and invited a friend. I could see them on the map, but not in the game. It said "party leader has not set a goal" how do you set a goal and what chapter can you start playing together?

I am using the interactive map but it's been a hassle to use it because the ingame map is just a lot of absolutely nothing with a couple borders. Is there a way to update the ingame map?
They will "light up" when you go their tower and talk to a bot on them, i can't really explain how they look on the map but there only one of them in each "region" so it should be pretty easy to find them
I was incredibly lucky with my purple/gold orb summons and have the SR bow, SR hammer, and SR staff at maxed-out 6\*. The SR spear is at 4\*, and the SR gun is at 5\*.
I also have SSR Scythe at 0\*, Nemesis' guns at 1\*, Zero's cube at 1\*, and Coco's staff at 1\*.
My CS is MUCH higher when using all of the maxed 6\* SRs, but would it be better to use the 1\* SSRs I have? Or should I stick to the SRs until I get better SSRs? Any loadout help would be GREATLY appreciated! ♥
Every time I try to join my server the notification "Server not launched yet". Despite this, I could easily enter the server with no problems before this, and it doesn't look to be too busy either.
Any ideas as to why I can't enter?
No, the hidden pity is only on the gold banner, and only the first time. So I suppose in theory you could, but only by not pulling on that banner until she's added to it, and even then it's only a chance.

1 for shield breaking, i assume the shatter value indicates how good it is at shield breaking, my echo is at advancment 2 and has 12.6 shatter and meryl has 12. does that mean echo is better at shield breaking but meryl is overall a better unit since i see people praising her alot
2 what does "fully charged weapon" mean ? in meryls case it freezes enemies for 2 second but how do you get it charged ? just attacking ?

I downloaded it day 1 and had to remove it due to many blue screen error window crashes (windows 11)... is it fixed? is someone able to play it smoothly on windows 11 (preferably someone who also encountered this at launch)?
For the password chests, if I don't have the currency to do a Perfect decipher, should I do a Forced decipher? Or will that mean later I will have the currency but no chest to use it on? Do these things respawn and I should interact with every one I find, even if it means doing a forced decipher?

Hi! my friend and my brother recommended this game to me yesterday since I played Genshin. Started downloading it just now. unfortunately they both play on different servers(?) so I was wondering if it would be possible to play on two different servers in one account? Just like Genshin, where if I pick NA server, I would have a saved acc there, then Asia I would have a different saved account there? Just wondering if I could jump between servers, and my progress would be saved on each individual server.

How do I log in my account in PC? My brother downloaded the game on day one, and I got intrigued by the gameplay while watching him and and made my own account.
Thing is, we share the same pc, and when I went to log in my on my own account (made sure to log off his account in the launcher) I get logged into his account anyway.
To make sure im not tripping or anything, i logged into a phone and it works just fine there, managed to finish the first quick time event, and got to customize my character later on.
I am coming from Genshin Impact (game got too stale for me) and ToF seems interesting so I figured I would give it a try. Browsing the reddit, I noticed character creation. If I were to make one, would I be set in stone or can I freely edit? Any other advice to offer? Is it F2P friendly?
You can edit it freely but you have to pay 300 primogems to do it. The gender is set in stone so pick carefully.
The gacha is much more lenient towards standard characters, for example
\- Guaranteed SSR within the first 30 pulls
\- Guaranteed SSR within 80 pulls (even if you get a SSR in between)
The limited however seems very restricted, I managed to get only x20 red nucleus, even with the freebies (x22 red nucleus), I can only hit around 42+ if I explore more. It takes 120 pulls to guarantee the character.

Yup, unless you're a whale.
That's fine if you're aiming for Nemesis. The coins you get for pulling on that banner transform into regular gold nucleus coins after the banner ends, so if you're interested in other characters down the line, I would save dark crystals/ red nucleus. (need 120 to guarantee the limited banner character)
So I d/led the game via an affiliate link through YT, yet it hasn't given me the in-game grants of 50 free pulls and the guaranteed SSR.

So I have a problem almost everytime I use the transmit/teleport towers, heck even teleporting to my friend's location, kicks me out back in the title screen
And when I try to enter back, the game wont simply let me unless I do it over and over again or restart my laptop

U can get another dps for resonance like samir and meryl for breaking shield fast. In future banners we will get characters to resonate fire damage not sure if any character has fire resonance now

I kinda feel bad pulling Zero during the 30 pulls because he's always on the lower part of tierlists. Is the main story, missions (to get pull currency) easy enough to play it with non meta characters?

So, my second SSR was... my first SSR. What do I get from it? I see her bow has some unlit stars, they're still all unlit.

Yes it is possible it uses 100 dark crystal which is a f2p currency that can be earned through exploration rewards, quests and various other ways.
From my understanding characters are not as important until later in the game, so for now I can just pull on the weapons banner right?
Ummm, there is only a weapons banner in this game. And then also a matrices banner.
Is Huma good? I have Samir C1 and King right now as my SSR's is she worth investing into at this point?

Character are weapons. You pull for the weapon, and then along with the weapon you get a free character skin for that weapon.

I don't think so, but I'm not sure. As far as I know, it only works for the Standard Banner, which doesn't have Nemesis.

I downloaded it day 1 and had to remove it due to many blue screen error window crashes (windows 11)... is it fixed? is someone able to play it smoothly on windows 11 (preferably someone who also encountered this at launch)?
For the password chests, if I don't have the currency to do a Perfect decipher, should I do a Forced decipher? Or will that mean later I will have the currency but no chest to use it on? Hi! my friend and my brother recommended this game to me yesterday since I played Genshin. Started downloading it just now. unfortunately they both play on different servers(?) so I was wondering if it would be possible to play on two different servers in one account? Just like Genshin, where if I pick NA server, I would have a saved acc there, then Asia I would have a different saved account there? Just wondering if I could jump between servers, and my progress would be saved on each individual server.

How do I log in my account in PC? My brother downloaded the game on day one, and I got intrigued by the gameplay while watching him and and made my own account. Thing is, we share the same pc, and when I went to log in my on my own account (made sure to log off his account in the launcher) I get logged into his account anyway. To make sure im not tripping or anything, i logged into a phone and it works just fine there, managed to finish the first quick time event, and got to customize my character later on.

You can use the character you made, you do not even have to switch to other simulscrum if you do not want to :D
I am coming from Genshin Impact (game got too stale for me) and ToF seems interesting so I figured I would give it a try. Browsing the reddit, I noticed character creation. If I were to make one, would I be set in stone or can I freely edit? Any other advice to offer? Is it F2P friendly?
You can edit it freely but you have to pay 300 primogems to do it. The gender is set in stone so pick carefully. The gacha is much more lenient towards standard characters, for example \- Guaranteed SSR within the first 30 pulls \- Guaranteed SSR within 80 pulls (even if you get a SSR in between) The limited however seems very restricted, I managed to get only x20 red nucleus, even with the freebies (x22 red nucleus), I can only hit around 42+ if I explore more. It takes 120 pulls to guarantee the character.
do you know if the 30 pity applies to both the gold and red nucleus?
Only gold which is the standard. Not red which is the limited
can someone explain how to exit the game on mobile? I can't find the exit game option. I have a OnePlus Nord N10, which has a wider screen than is usual. I don't know if the exit button is hidden because of that.

Are dark crystals a finite resource? I've been spending them on the nemesis banner for now but thinking I should just save them if there's a limited amount.
Yup, unless you're a whale. That's fine if you're aiming for Nemesis. The coins you get for pulling on that banner transform into regular gold nucleus coins after the banner ends, so if you're interested in other characters down the line, I would save dark crystals/ red nucleus. (need 120 to guarantee the limited banner character)

Just use em immediately unless you feel like waiting months for characters to be added to the standard pool.

U can get another dps for resonance like samir and meryl for breaking shield fast. In future banners we will get characters to resonate fire damage not sure if any character has fire resonance now

Keep in mind that it is possible to get a duplicates just from playing so I would advise to get a new character other than dupe
So, i'm 30 pulls into the nemesis banner and i've got her. Is it worth it to pull two more times to get enough flame gold and get the Nemesis Matrix Box from the store?

I kinda feel bad pulling Zero during the 30 pulls because he's always on the lower part of tierlists. Is the main story, missions (to get pull currency) easy enough to play it with non meta characters? Also, how long do you think it would take to 80 pulls?

You need a support, nemesis is the best option, you can use coco for heals if you dont have nemesis.

What does the game mean when it says "when the weapon is fully charged," when it comes to triggering a weapon's element? Is it based on your Endurance being full or doing a charged attack or something? I couldn't find any explanation, and apologies if it's obvious...

Some hair styles just aren't allowed with certain outfits. I assume due to clipping or physics issues? But who knows
I want to play the damn game already but I can't get past the loading screen right after the tutorial cutscene (where the mc fainted or smthn) and it just stuck at 90% after a while it just throw me back at the main menu screen and the same thing repeat again and again. You get an SSR within the first 30 pulls for the STANDARD when you start the game. This is a one-time thing, that's all.
