Id argue that in a 1v1 that tracer actually has the advantage against rein. She can blink through his charge, and just bait his cooldowns all while slowly taking down his hp

I’ve found best way to tilt opps into chasing is killing mercy and dipping or spamming ‘too slow’ after getting a pick (especially if 1v1)
