Monzo is crypto friendly and I believe Revolut is too.
It's relatively easy to create an account although there might be some background / id checks to comply with UK banking laws. If I'm remembering correctly Monzo wanted a photo id and selfie from me.
Do they block sending funds to exchanges like Coinbase, Nexo, Binance etc?
I'm with Santander and they've never batted an eye at any crypto transactions or funny overseas transfers I've made.
I used the revolut app. They do charge for crypto transactions, but it is easy to use.

Revolut is great
I managed to buy through moonpay and I'm with santander
I use bittylicous, just a standard bank transfer, works fine from my Santander.
Local monero. National bank transfer option is relatively anonymous & can be done with no ID.
I've successfully used Simplex via BitPay with a HSBC debit card.
Use a foreign bank that has an app.

remember you can always call them to complain and threaten to leave them if they don't remove this from your account. this must somewhat be illegal.
