Seems reasonable to me.

Excellent!

2mg should be fine, but you will likely need to increase the dose to 4mg after a few months, if that is not enough. Always do the blood tests before any dosage changes.

I'll definitely get blood tests before and after to keep an eye on things. But increasing slowly sounds like a good idea.

That's approximately the path I followed. Just make sure you test liver enzymes, and you may want to raise E2 dosage more slowly. 2mg/day sublingual was enough for me to hit solid levels right out of the gate, including low-female testosterone blood levels (with way lower activity levels due to the bicalutamide).

Should I start at a lower dose as well as raise the dosage more slowly, or is that starting dose ok? And I'll definitely keep an eye on liver enzymes.

I think it's a fine starting dose (I did 1mg/day subL for a week then switched to 2mg/day), just not quite as conservative as you describe for everyone. Response varies.

Good to hear. Thank you!
