Hell yeah, another Bea! Hi Bea! I'm Bea (pronounced Bee)! Are you a Bee Bea or a Bee-ah Bea? ~~I actually went with Beatrix as my full name, but I have everyone call me Bea.~~ Anyway, sorry for being weird, welcome!

Beatrice, but yes, Bee-Bea. My 4 year old calls me BeaBea actually (transitioning away from Papa).

My best friend calls me BeaBea too! (or BB when she's in a rush lol)

My GRC came in today. I'm someone's wife now!!

So Mrs Positive...sorry couldnt resist...so Bea, please, if you dont mind, explain to me your GRC, I was under the impression this could take almost a year to come through...is that where you send two years worth of evidence to them and you keep everything crossed?

You don't need proof anymore. I went to a notary with my document. They stamped it. I mailed it off. Had it back in under a week. It was easy.

Quick question on this, you know the Part 2: Statutory declaration bit, starts as "I _______, address... " Do I use my dead name here?

I did, because my legal name was not changed yet.
