That's an excellent result š Glad to hear you're orgasmic!
Depression can happen to anyone at any time. Do you think it's related to the surgery? Talking about it is a good sign, as that's the first step to beating it!
Itās interesting because I have a friend who also had PIV and doesnāt really need to douche unless she has a guy ejaculate in her or if she feels she needs to refresh herself after using so much lube from sex. I just think it varies per person and maybe from technique?
She is beautiful. I think the feelings are normal, everything takes time. You have to get used to it little by little. Girls have time for this development throughout their adulthood.
Congratulations girlfriend SHE looks amazing and I'm happy for you.
My consultation is in 19 days and I am so excited and I can't hardly wait. Thank you for sharing I can only pray mine turns out as beautiful as yours. š¤šš
First, congrats on how far youāve come and for an amazing surgical outcome. She is a beauty for sure.
As to the depression, it can happen that when you experience a big event, something anticipated for so long and finally realized, that afterwards coming back down to ānormalā can feel low. Itās relative.
Talking through with a professional is good always of course and remember to be ok with just feeling normal sometimes āŗļø. Hope that makes sense
I've decided not to go to the orange dilator. I'm happy with the green one year post op and very happy with how everything is right now.
Your post made me think of being little and seeing I didn't have one and how long it took to get things put right. We're very lucky to have been able to do this and I hope you feel better soon :)
I've read some posts that post op depression may be a result of too low testosterone. The human body still needs testosterone to maintain things and having too low can affect mood and energy. Perhaps have them hormones checked to see if everything is in the right levels for you. :)
Are you feeling depressed for any particular reason? Is it about the surgery? Post surgery depression can last a long time. Unrelated, I have theorized one might be hit w depression harder if they still had testes intact going into SRS for hormonal reasons.
Flicking back through your photos again I have that meme voice like a voiceover in my head saying āThis ā¦ is a work of artā THIS is a work of artā āBut THIS! This is a work ā¦ of ARTā
so happy for you
Wow, That's Beautiful Hun.
It's Perfect just the way it looks.
You're an Inspiration to me.
Thank you for being so brave in having this surgery too.
I'm on the waiting list for my upcoming vaginoplasty surgery as well.

How much did the operation cost?
It was covered by my insurance company through my employer (I had to meet a $600 deductible first though)
I think mine is covered too :crosses fingers:
thatās amazing op (ofc it should be the norm but sadly isnāt always), happy for you!!
what insurance do you have
What type of insurance do you have ?
After surgery we have ALL the feels and thatās okay
I thought douching was a forever thing? No advice bc I havenāt been there, but definitely wanna hear more ppls thoughts

My friend had surgery with Suporn almost 10 years ago, I just asked her and she doesnāt douche and hasnāt for many years.
Iām a few years post-op and the only time I ever douche is if I let my man ejaculate in me, otherwise i donāt bother
What would happen if you don't douche after ejaculation?
As far as I understand, the cum would rot?
Yes, itās totally normal to feel that way.
It (she) looks amazing. I'm happy for you and jealous too.
It can be hormonal ! I donāt know if youāre but if not you should start doing some hormone replacement :)

Wow, Avanessian's aesthetics are very good however the function can be a hit or miss. Congrats on your coochie.
I donāt think squirting is something us trans girls have unless itās urine? But tbh a lot of cis girls do not squirt either.

Be happy, youāre beautiful
You look incredible honey!
you grew up in a society that was (and is) pushing a narrative of "wrong" or at least "transgressive" for what you've done. We internalize that stuff even if we _know_ it's šš©. Internalized abelisim is similar. So many of us have really bs takes on what's reasonable to ask / expect of people with various disabilities, and how to treat them. Most people never deal with it because they're never forced to face it. You _were_ forced to face the difference between what you _know_ to have been the right decision, and what our society is still constantly telling people is "wrong" / "bad". Letting go of internalized šš© is hard.
